It is not a perfect vacuum but it works great. It sucks up dust and pet hair like crazy. There is only one filter you need to clean and the unit comes with a spare one. The filters are well made and should last a very long time. Some reviewers said trash got stuck inside the opening, that is because they didn’t read the manual. If you remove the filter, you will see a handle for removing the metal filter basket. That leaves the dust container wide open and it is so easy to clean it up. It is actually a great feature of this vacuum.

I have almost all the Worx 20v tools and thought having a Worx stick vacuum for use on my Florida screen porch would be a great idea. Wrong. I turned the vacuum on high speed and noticed it wasn’t doing a very good job picking up the dust and pollen from the concrete floor. Then there was a dead cricket and thought it would be sucked up immediately but it wasn’t. After moving the vacuum back and forth about a dozen times it was still there so I gave up. I like all the other Worx tools I have but this one is a loser. Plus, after vacuuming I checked the cannister. Everything was clogged with the fine dust and pollen and that’s after only a few minutes of use. I have the Worx Cube Vac and recommend that but not this.

The WORX batteries are always available. When they finally do die and won’t recharge you will have a replacement battery. NEVER buy a vac with a built in battery.
