What is this magic? We were all AMAZED to watch this little robot do it’s thing. It was like when I got my first Roomba and followed it around the house. It is really good for large windows that are not easily accessible, covering the entire window using the AUTO setting. I cleaned all my windows, inside and out and it did a wonderful job, until the morning sunshine came in and I saw lots of little circle marks. I still maintain that it did a very good job, because I just had to gently wipe the remaining circles and clean the corners. This is best for fairy clean windows, perhaps recently hosed off, so you don’t get water spots. The instructions said to not wet the window, but this didn’t make sense to me. The internal misters on each side of the robot were just spraying the air and the water was not reaching the window because of a light wind. It made sense to wet the window a little. Maybe this is what caused my circle marks. I admit that I did not follow the direction. I still recommend this and plan to use a lot on exterior windows that usually require a ladder and a balancing act.

A good product works well. It attaches well to glass and is practical for large windows on balconies.

The idea of this is pretty cool and it does do a pretty decent job cleaning but it does have some downsides at least with my windows.
I have some roller shades at the top of my windows. This device kind of bumps into them and doesn’t turn or stop it just keeps trying to go up and keeps squirting water. I have to use the remote to make it change direction.
It will sometimes just randomly stop after just doing a strip of cleaning. I then have to use the remote to make it move and go where I want it to.
Overall, it is kind of cool but in my situation it has required way to much supervision and I have to monitor it to make sure it actually cleans all my windows.

I just received this today and I am not sure if it is worth keeping. I tried it on two large windows (sliding glass door size) inside and outside. These windows were pretty dirty and needed a good cleaning! I’ll start by giving you my two conclusions: 1) you have to babysit this device and use the remote to direct it where it needs to go; and 2) even with watching it continuously, the cleaning is modest at best. Here are some of the aggravating factors that the website really inadequately alerts the new user to: 1) As far as the tether goes, it is not acceptable to have to get on a ladder to tether to the top of a tall window in case the device loses pump pressure. In other words, you cant tether to a low spot if the window is tall and the device climbs to the top of the window and then loses pump pressure. It just falls! 2) The device sprays water on the window but I noticed two things– a) if there is any bit of a wind outside, the spray just doesnt hit the window, it sprays off into the wind; and b) when the device runs out of water, it just stops and I think I heard a very low beep coming from it. But the device may be at the top of a tall window when it just stops. How do you get it down in that situation? You must get on a ladder and push the on off button and let the device fall into your hand. This is engineering that can be improved. For example, there might be circuitry incorporated that tells the device to travel to the bottom of the window glass when the reservoir is empty and make a loud beep to alert the user to remove the device from the window.
The device is NOISY. No question about it. But, it is also fun to watch, almost mesmerizing…but I don’t think this is the purpose of your potential purchase!
Another nuisance is how to fill the reservoir. One must use a phillips screwdrive and remove a wheel, then fill it, then re-screw the wheel on. How simple it would have been to put the fill reservoir port in an accessible area without having to screw and unscrew!
So, it cleans modestly, not great. It has to be babysat, does not do a full window on its own, has a difficult fill reservoir, is noisy, has a tether that is of no real functional use. But…it does clean the window where my dog rubs her nose on it. I’m just not sure if that is adequate. I think this device needs engineering work.
