   I received my Shark vacuum today. It came in a generic cardboard box, and there were zero instructions included or warranty papers. Clearly this came from someone else prior, but now I cannot register my product.

   With 3 dogs, Shark has been our go to, but this particular model is disappointing. It’s pretty flimsy for the price, and doesn’t have the suction power of our previous model.
