   When this item arrived, I was hopeful tht it would work since it said renewed. Hoping I found a deal, I bought it. When I took it out of the box, It worked for a little then it stopped. I thought It just needed to be charged so I left it and the next dayci tried it again and even flipping the power switch on and off, it didn’t work. So I sent a return request to the seller, they accepted and once I tried to return it at UPS, they said it would cost ME $100+ TO RETURN. I told the seller what was going on and kept asking I send a picture of the item to be able to move forward. Why? How’s a picture going to prove that it isn’t working? It’s just sitting in the box, taking up space. Do yourselves a favor a just buy a new one.

   Works great. I am amazed at just how much this little guy picks up! After you get all the obstacles removed he really does a decent job at the dust and cat hair. I dry mop (all Hardwood) once a week anyway but this really helps with the day to day. Two bedroom house and he gets most of it through out the week. He isn’t very smart and bumps around but he ain’t hurting the furniture or himself. His schedule is set for him to vacuum while I am at work. The app keeps track of his daily run times and alerts you if there is a problem. All in all he is great!

   Works good for being refurbished. Although the front tire began to squeak on the fourth time of using it. And it seems to have an issue with the connection when I use the app to start the cleaning process every no me then. But it does a good job cleaning. For the price, not bad.

   Ive never owned a vacuum like this before and am very pleased with the outcome.

   I have someone with long hair and a long haired dog in the house so always need to vacuum the house. This is saving me so much time just running it as I go to bed and as I leave for work. Does a great job and usually finds it’s way to it’s dock.

   I got in impression product brand new but it refurbished, I used once ,it’s take to long and doesn’t do a job ,!pure quality and not satisfied , I want to return it back, time frame expired, but I am not going to use, it’s not useful as a company like Shark product

   Be careful this is a refurbished vacuum. It is definitely overpriced for this model in a refurbished state. On top of that it did not come with it’s brushes, and it was so damaged that I was not able to put replacement brushes.

    I love my helper… I have a parrot so seeds and carrot bits are always on the floor… but no more!! It also climbs over all my rugs! I love having coffee or tea.. and there it goes!

    I purchased this shark robot in dec.23 in May 24 it goes for approximately 1 minute and then stops. I have written the seller and because there is only a 90 day warranty I am out of luck. Convenient.

    I love this refurbished machine, but it won’t start to clean because it says “bumper is stuck” when there’s nothing in the way.

    I bought this as a gift for my bf and I’m familiar with these vacuums. However it doesn’t get the corners real good and he had to get boundary strips to guide the vacuum away from certain areas.
    Some ppl say these get caught on bathroom rugs.
    He seems to be pleased with it!!
