Ok, it’s a vacuum; but it’s an awesome vacuum! It picks up everything, so be sure to lift things that may get sucked up (sock, cat, kid… you get the picture). Maneuvering is easy and the chord is slightly longer than the previous Shark vacuum I replaced. I think it’s pulling dirt from the earth below our house it works that well. I’m so surprised my the amount of crud that ends up in the tank after cleaning.. and I vacuum at least 2x a week and we don’t have big, shed-prone dogs! The air freshener pod is a nice bones, but it’s fine w out it. Overall, great suction and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Bought this vacuum not realizing it was refurbished until it was delivered. I was hesitant at first because you just never know with refurbished products but this vacuum was in new condition and I’ve been using it for about 4 months now. ITS AMAZING. The best vacuum I’ve ever owner! I have 5 cats and a toddler, this vacuum is impeccable. The suction is so strong, it picks up any mess, keeps the cat hair to a bare minimum. I tell everyone to buy this vacuum! I also clean apartments on the side after people move out and this vacuum has made my job 10x easier. BUY IT.
