nowhere near as good of suction as I expected from Shark, even with the boost trigger activated. The handheld vacuum feature also leaves a lot to be desired. Glad I got mine on a reduced price because it was refurbished. It’s easy to use, mostly, battery life isn’t too bad, it’s not that heavy, it’s sort of loud, doesn’t suck as well as it should.
