This is a refurbished shark IZ562h pro cordless vac. Works well was delivered January 2025. Went to use it 4/21/25 would not turn on battery light red, plugged it in and charged over night. Same thing red battery light. Battery only lasted 4 months. a new battery is around $70.00. Maybe wasn’t such a good deal.

1.Vacuum was preused. Cable was loose so vacuum didn’t charge. 2. You had to scan a qr code to get the owners manual and that was time consuming and didn’t work. 3. Someone had mentioned it doesn’t stand alone. It doesn’t; falls all over the place. I LOVE shark/Ninja products but this vacuum is on its way back!! 1 star because I gave up on charging it. So, does it work? You’ll have to find out.

Works perfectly! I’ve had this close to three weeks now and has it made cleaning easier.
I have carpeted stairs which I struggled to clean. This Shark has made that job effortless now. Cleans superbly. Now have found myself cleaning up everything with it. Easy to empty, picks up stuff close to the walls and doesn’t spit it back out. The attachment comes apart easily to vacuum up icky bugs and such too.
