   I purchased the Shark IZ462H Vertex Duo Clean PowerFins lightweight cordless stick vacuum in May of this year and wanted to try it before giving a review. It was by the way, an vacuum-sale.com Refurbished.
   I have had other Shark vacuums and they didn’t have the suction needed to get sand and grit from hardwoods and vinyl.
   The IZ462H suction is great, gets up the sand and grit carried in by a large dog as well as large amounts of the dog’s hair.
   The battery holds a charge for multiple uses and charges quickly.
   It is easy to use, but gave use a 4 as the dirt cup is awkward ro remove. Love the headlight. The powerfins do not get tangles with hair and strings.
   Overall, the Shark IZ462H stick vacuum is definately a 5 for my use and I would recommend it to others.

   I have hardwood floors and a robo vacuum (Shark AV2511) that I regularly use. Naturally, there is the occasional sweep up or cleaning of tight corners that the AV2511 doesn’t get. The Vertex is perfect for the job. I love the articulated flex when you want to sneak in under a table or couch. Makes it easy to get to hard to reach places. I’m a dog owner and so far the rollers have been easy to keep clean and free of hair.

   I watched a million videos about different vacuums and decided to give this one a shot. We have a golden retriever and 2 kids. It has been AMAZING! It handles clumps of dog hair, cheerios, leaves, and whatever else we throw at it!
   Pros:
   -AMAZING suction
   -Handles dog hair well
   -Rarely gets clogged
   -Easy to remove roller if it does get clogged
   -Good battery life (I run it on level 2 and it can get most of the house)
   -Has light at the bottom to see dirt in the dark
   -No issues with it being refurbished
   Cons:
   -It can’t stand up in it’s own
   -Like any cordless vacuum, I recommend buying another battery to swap out once one dies so that you always have a charged battery

   Overall, couldn’t recommend enough!

   We had a stick battery vacuum but it wasn’t very powerful. If anything was bigger than a grain of sand on the hardwood floor it would just push it around. Got my Shark today. All I vacuumed, shown in the pictures, was the small hall, small bathroom floor, and a 10×8 rug. As you can see in the container, it picked up a lot of stuff. The Shark sucked everything up where the floor and wall meet without needing to use the edge attachment. I am very happy about that! I vacuumed a bath mat and it sucked the edge of the mat up and instantly the rollers quit working and I had to turn off and back on the vacuum to get the rollers to work again. My guess is that is a safety feature to keep from burning up the motor. I have read other reviews about people getting shocked by static electricity when using the vacuum. This did not happen to me. I suspect that this Shark does as good a job as our big vacuum, if not better because of the places it can reach that our big vacuum cannot. As far as suction and power, I think it is as good as the big vac. This model Shark is expensive. At the time of this writing, it was around $357. I got the refurb from some company on this site and it came with an vacuum-sale.com warranty and an vacuum-sale.com 90 return guarantee. I saved $100. I paid $257 plus tax. It came packaged in vacuum-sale.com’s box instead of the original. It looks as good as new as do all the attachments. Everything was sealed in plastic as if new. I will say that the canister lid, at least on this one, does not open easily like in the video. I have to pull it open after unlatching it with a considerable amount of force. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased.

   I’m a crazy vacuum lady. I have 6 vacuums 🙊. 2 for carpet (upstairs and downstairs), 2 handheld, 1 mop vac, and this stick vacuum. This vacuum is my favorite. It’s so easy to use and versatile. It’s super easy to vacuum with my 1 year old around because there is no cord to play with. The battery lasts about 25 mins. It’s fairly lightweight. The feature to bend the stick to vacuum under furniture is a GAME CHANGER!! No more pulling the dining room chairs out to get under the table. I can get all the crumbs without moving anything.

   I have multiple cordless vacs. This one is the best of them. Good suction, battery life excellent. Clean the dirt reservoir. Lightweight, sturdy, easy to use.
   Can’t get too far under furniture due to design. Maybe have an additional joint in the tube for more flexibility. I don’t like that it does not come with a mounting charging system to hang. It is top heavy so cannot stand up on its own.

   This was advertised as a “Renewed” vacuum cleaner. The term Renewed would imply that someone went through, tested, cleaned the item and reconditioned it for resale. This was simply a vacuum that was used, the dust container dumped and then put into a box for shipping. I didn’t even test it. The item was clearly used and scratched. There is nothing “Renewed” about this item.

   Warning!!!! Think twice before buying from this company. I knew this was refurbished when I bought it. Thinking I could save a little bit of money. Never again!!!! No only did it look kind of beat up the it didn’t work properly. Carpet and floor still dirty after using it. Suction was horrible. So I returned it. Not only did I have to pay for shipping they charged me a 50% restocking fee. I could not believe it. $280 vacuum and they charged me $140 for restocking. I used the vacuum for 3 minutes and shipped it back in the same condition cost me $160 with shipping and I had to buy a new vacuum. Expensive lesson. Learn from my mistake do not buy from Good as new Electronics.
