Works great for what I need it for…good suction and easy to move, cord is very long so that helps. I would have given it five starr but it definately does NOT stay up as the top is too heavy, but its a refurbished one so I assume thats what the issure was…also there were NO instructions at all in the box.

This is a great vacuum! It has great suction. I have 2 Saint Bernards and it gets up all the fuzzy hair. It propels itself. I have tile floors with area rugs and it does a great job on both. Lightweight and easy to empty. It has a nice long cord. And the odor eliminator was a pleasant surprise! I know you might be concerned about it being refurbished, but don’t. It’s a great deal for the price!

There is no doubt the strongest stick vacuum ever. Years of cordless vacuums that don’t last I and don’t have good suction. If you don’t mind dealing with the cord this is the best thing vacuum hands-down.

This is the best purchase I’ve made in awhile. The Vac is lightweight & the bin is easy to empty & clean. It picks up great on the carpet in my bedrooms as well as my hardwood floors & it’s very easy to switch to a hand vac.
The cord is long enough to stretch through my 900 sq ft apartment. I wanted a corded vacuum so I don’t have to worry about the battery life since I’m a senior & can’t clean fast. Very easy to maneuver & I can vacuum under my bed easily. The odor neutralizer could be better & you do need to remember to lean it against something when not in use so it doesn’t tip over, but the pros far outweigh the cons.
I bought it refurbished so I hope it lasts a long time. I’d definitely repurchase.
