   Pretty good vacuum, but doesn’t free stand which doesn’t seem like a big deal until you’re looking to prop it against something. Easy to clean out, or change to hand vacuum. Love not having to wait on a battery to charge.

   Great Item! Lightweight, Easy to use. Powerful Suction. Great for quick clean up jobs. Cleaning stairs, or hard to reach places, has been effortless. I have always been partial to Shark Vaccum. They have yet to let me down. The only downside to this particular model is the fact that it doesn’t stand on its own.

   My Bissell is heavy and cumbersome…hurts my back! However, several family members, friends, and a house cleaner friend recommended the Shark Rocket. I bought one and I AM SOLD!    Bought this and used once and I go to empty it and the dust and debris falls right out of the canister. As most things I’ve ever needed to return to vacuum-sale.com I get on to select return options, box it up and take it to usps store. They end up refunding me 10.99 and confused I message as I paid $139 why aren’t they refunding me. Well they said it’s a “restocking fee” and the vacuum I returned isn’t the once I purchased and the barcode doesn’t match. I have never purchased this before and now I am only being refunded $10.99 after spending $139?! So I ask for the product back since I’m getting no where with them and at least want the item so I can try and sell locally. Never ever purchase from this store. They will rip you off and cheat you.
