I had seen this vacuum in stores at twice this price so I looked at the reviews. Then I saw this one refurbished and pulled the trigger. The one I got is absolutely like new and it’s the best vacuum I’ve ever had, even better than my expensive Dyson. This vacuum really cleans hard floors and carpet. I noticed a negative review because it wouldn’t pick up a pile of dirt and gravel. GET A $60 SHOP VAC TO DO THAT. This is a house vacuum and a darn good one. Thanks

I bought this vacuum on the advice of someone else. I have a huge dog hair problem and have tried many products. This one is great. It cleans up every bit of the dog hair. I vacuum everyday where the dog has been. Because of this, I clean the filters once a week. Nothing gets caught in the brush, which was the problem with other products. I have not used it on the stairs yet. I must read the directions and see how to separate it. I like it so much that I bougth a second one. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. I am older and do not want to carry it on the stairs. Buy this vacuum!!!!
