   It has stopped charging and the company said they provide no warranty outside North America. Also its really difficult to get in touch with them, as it can only be done by emails. NOT WORTH IT – TOO COSTLY WITH CHEAP PARTS.

   Just bought another one of these hand held vacuums, the other one I had lasted(and it still working just not as mighty) over 10 years. The Shark brand is the best hand held vacuum I ever had and the newer version that I got is even better. It’s lighter, less bulky but still has plenty of space to pick up a mess with its powerful suction. I give it a thumbs up👍🏼😉.

   We love this vacuum. It’s very powerful for its size. We use it for cleaning our cars and to pick up our huskys hair from our couch as well as other spot cleaning in between vacuuming. It works great. If I had to criticize one thing, I’d say it would be nice if the battery life was longer but I’d say it’s an appropriate battery life for the size and weight of the device. It’s easy to charge with a USB-C charger. Cleaning the dust bin and filter out is easy.

   This portable vacuum is powerful and useful for cleaning our couch. Not too noisy, it’s very easy to control and maneuver, it has a strong suction and it’s easy to empty. We don’t have pets, so I can’t say definitively if it works well on pet hair, but based on what I saw it should be perfect. We used to have a Shark handheld vacuum that we used when we had pets with long hair, and it worked great. I’m assuming it works at least as well as that one. Charging speed is adequate but not especially fast.

   It works really well, sucks in all dust, dirt. We use it on furniture, window, small areas of the floor occasionally. However, not all brushes are good. Mainly we use the pet brush though we don’t have a pet 😀 Its self-cleaning function prevents it from making the surrounding dirty while vacuum cleaning. Around half a year passed from my purchase and it is still working fine, just became a bit weary.

   I’ve been using the Shark CH951 UltraCyclone Pet Pro Plus Cordless Handheld Vacuum since 2021, and honestly, it’s still going strong. That’s saying a lot considering how often I use it – pretty much every day. Whether it’s crumbs on the kitchen floor, pet hair on the couch, or a quick sweep in the car, this little vacuum has held up surprisingly well over the years. The design is lightweight and easy to maneuver, which makes it a total breeze to use for quick cleanups. I don’t have to wrestle with cords or drag out the full-sized vacuum – just grab and go. The XL dust cup is definitely a bonus; I can go days before needing to empty it, even with regular use. Battery life is decent – it’s nothing groundbreaking, but it gets the job done. I’d say the runtime is about average for a cordless handheld vacuum. I usually get through my daily cleaning routine on a single charge, and charging it back up is pretty quick and easy. As for the suction, it’s not bad at all. It’s more than enough for surface debris, hard floors, furniture, and even car floor mats. Unfortunately the suction is not strong enough for car upholstery. It handles pet hair surprisingly well, especially with the motorized brush attachment, which I use constantly. That said, I do wish it had a bit more power for carpeted areas. It works, but you’ll likely have to go over spots a few times to get everything up, especially if it’s something ground-in, and even then it won’t fully clean the surface. That’s probably my only real complaint. One thing I really appreciate is that the filters are inexpensive and easy to replace. I’ve changed them a few times over the years, and it hasn’t been a hassle or a big cost. Super easy to swap them out, and you’re good to go. It’s also held up really well physically – no cracks, no fading, and the battery hasn’t noticeably declined in performance, even after a few years of regular use. Another gripe would be the see-through portion of the vacuum is impossible to clean. That kind of longevity isn’t something I take for granted with cordless appliances. One thing I’ve noticed is there will be a ton of leftover debris visible through the clear plastic, and you are unable to clean that portion out. All in all, this vacuum has been a reliable part of my daily routine. It’s great for quick cleanups, especially if you’ve got pets. If you’re looking for a solid handheld vacuum that will last, I’d definitely recommend this one or any of the Shark cordless vacuums. Just don’t expect it to deep clean your carpets like a full-size vacuum – it’s more for maintenance than a full scrub-down. Bottom line: After 3+ years of daily use, this thing still works great. It’s reliable, easy to maintain, and handles most everyday messes without any drama. I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because I wish the suction was a little stronger on carpets, but overall, it’s a solid buy.

    Edit: called up their service line, which was a little tedious but service fixed the problem quick with a replacement being mailed out. So great service, but there are still there are some drawbacks. We’ve had this vacuum for less than a year. It has a nice set of attachments. Suction is pretty decent for a unit of this size. The pet hair/carpet rolling suction attachment is a nice idea but it’s not super effective in getting off cat and fine dog hair. It probably would be okay for thicker hair. It’s clearly a bit more premium than the cheaper units you can find at vacuum-sale.com. Build quality generally is okay, and the unit has a nice weight and balance to it. The worst thing about this vacuum is that it’s incredibly fragile. Over repeated inserting and removal of the different attachments the tip shattered. As far as I can tell it’s not replaceable. We use this maybe 1x a week, so it’s not due to heavy use. Looking at this, once the tip shatters further, it’s over, that’s the end of the unit because you can’t attach anything to it. The cracks are slowly making their way down the side and it’s a matter of time (a few months?) before we won’t be able to use this unit anymore. Other things that aren’t deal breakers but aren’t great either: (1) the cleanout buttons get stuck really easily and it can take a lot of strength to pop open the buttons. My mother for instance can’t push hard enough with her hands and has to gets spoon or something to pop it open, and my wife struggles to open it. (2) the lack of an affordable mount is just silly. If you call them up you’ll be told it costs like $30 total to get a base you can plug this into. It makes this unit much less aesthetic and inconvenient than other systems that come with a base, or have an affordable base that isn’t 3/5 the cost of the vacuum. I wouldn’t take any stars off for this though, you should expect it as it’s pretty clear there is no base or mount for this thing. Still, c’mon Shark, you’re kind of a premium brand compared to other vacuums you can get around here. (3) The suction isn’t bad but isn’t awesome and has been getting worse over time — and it’s been less than a year as I mentioned. Might be the broken tip, might be fading batteries. Neither are great. (4) as some other reviewers mentioned the suction comes out of a very small tip which makes surface cleaning tedious because you have a small high suction strip or a wide low section bar.
