Extremely, extremely disappointed. I bought this and only had it for a couple of months. It won’t hold a charge. vacuum-sale.com doesn’t handle customer service—you have to go through Shark, who you can only call during their business hours. You can’t chat or email them. It seems to be a challenge to get ahold of these people.
If I buy something on vacuum-sale.com, I want to be able to get help on vacuum-sale.com. I think there should be a disclaimer: if you buy this, you’re going to have to go to a third-party website that sucks. Just know that. But, you know, it’s under $100—I guess they just hope people will give up.
Out of principle, I’m not going to give up until I get this resolved. It’s unacceptable for something to break in less than six months from just a couple of minutes of use per day.

So its powerful for its size, however it requires frequent charging and emptying because of the small bin size. However it still performs amazingly.
My 1st one wouldn’t charge after the 1st initial charge and use vacuum-sale.com replaced it under warranty.
However the 2nd one was broken by my GF because she decided to use it to chisel at something stuck on the tile and cracked the dust cup. Thankfully shark worked with me and sent me a replacement part with free shipping 🙌..
The service by both companies makes me super happy with my purchase despite its 2 caveats

I bought this almost exclusively for my stairs because I was tired of dragging a big vacuum up and down, but I’ve found so many uses for this it’s become a staple in my house, my car, my office, the kitchen. Anything small you just need up it works great for. Think dry crumbs. It doesn’t have a huge container, but cleans the hair off my 2 carpeted flights of stairs with multiple animals and I have to empty it twice. I consider that a win.

A pesar de ser reacondicionada me llegó como nueva, en su caja original y con todos sus accesorios. Tiene mucha potencia, la utilizo para aspirar donde mi robot aspiradora no llega, como el sillon o mi cama, tambien es util para el carro. Ya habÃa tenido otras marcas y me parecian muy complicadas y con poca potencia. Me gusta mucho el boton para abrir y sacar todo lo que aspiraste, te ahorras hacer un desastre, nada mas la pongo encima de mi bote de basura, oprimo el boton y listo, vacÃa!
El unico contra que tiene como todas las aspiradoras de mano es que la baterÃa dura poco, pero lo suficiente para las areas que aspiro. Me gusta mucho la marca Shark, mi robot aspiradora también es Shark y no me falla!

Nothing is perfect. There is no such thing.
but so far I like this product. I have not tested it in my car yet. That was actually the main purpose for this. To see how it would work with dog hair in the car. in the house, I also have 5 cats and 1 dog, but i have a shark vacuum for that in which I also did a review on.
