Wow! This thing really really works well. You have no idea what is coming outta our rugs. We vacuum with our miele canister vacuum weekly, but this thing pulls out way way way more cat hair and other stuff. Excellent vacuum!

I love this vacuum! I have had a Dyson for about 10 years and it was always difficult to empty the canister (cat fur) and it was quite loud. I wanted to relegate the Dyson to the basement and purchase another for the main level. I did quite a bit of research and landed on this model. It is soooo quite (compared to the Dyson) and so easy to empty the canister and maneuver around. If I had the need I would buy another one!

Emptying the cannister is torture. The designer must never have used it; hopefully they have been flogged. The cannister has to be taken apart, the filter removed, then the cannister upended. Impossible to do this without a shower of dust. Why couldn’t they use a trapdoor design like Dyson, LG, and every knockoff I’ve ever seen?. Also, it’s quite difficult to push this across any carpet, esp short matted throw rugs. I hate this thing, and may well drop it at Goodwill, but that would mean spreading the suffering. Please note that the vast majority of my reviews are 5 stars.

I have had this vac for about a month now. So far all is good. I use it almost daily since I have a cat that sheds a ton and litter that spreads out of the box daily. It is quiet, light and easy to use. The battery works just fine for me as I have a small home and using it on the regular speed that it automatically uses when you turn it on has been just fine, no need for higher power. The only thing I miss from my previous Shark vac is the awesome light on the front that shows ALL of the stuff on the floor so you can see you are getting everything. I hope this lasts for a good long time for this price. We shall see.
