   Great vacuum! We also looked at Dyson but they were too expensive and this one had great reviews on Consumer Reports. Love that you can empty the canister with the touch of a button, get into crevices, use in the car, etc.

   Came nicely boxed. Went together fairly easily. Came with extra bags. Self cleaning/empty is simple. Starts on next to lowest power setting. Almost always put to lowest setting. Head is no taller than tube so gets under furniture with amazing ease. Screen tells how many minutes left on battery at current power level. Stand is east to set up and easy to use.
   Manual empty is a little more complicated but quite doable.
   A bit of a struggle with old shag carpet as you must push harder.
   This is NOT the AI model of which carries many more negative reviews.
   I got this for wife who has wrist/hand problems using our Shark full sized corded vac. She has no problem using this cordless stick vacuum.
   Would definitely recommend and purchase again. Getting on Black Friday made decision a no brainer.

   Though this vacum started out great and we were very satisfied, now that the return period is over (of course) the vacum seems to have run out of steam-a very expensive mistake we made. It does not like pet hair or dust and continuously clogs. Do not recommend.

   Does a pretty good job sucking things. Carpet gets clean. One reason I got this was that it SHOWS IN THE PICTURE that it has a bendable attachment. IT DOES NOT HAVE THE BENDABLE ATTACHMENT. Not sure I’m going to keep this. We shall see.

   The product works good. Overall it’s pretty light weight. I like that it gives you the battery life left while in use. It has decent suction power. I feel like the mid level isn’t as powerful as I would like. They should of made the mid level as powerful as the high and made the high as powerful as the jet level. I like that it empties itself out. The downside is that you still have to go in and clean out some of the hair that gets trapped in the dustbin. As well as clean out the roller brushes. I recommend deep cleaning once a week to wipe down the dust that might of build up throughout the week to keep it smelling and functioning great. So far I like it, it matches our other Samsung products which is nice. Just wished it was a bit more powerful and didn’t trap hair.

   I bought this in used good condition. It came with all parts, new bags, and a manual. The packaging was so impressive that I thought they had sent me a brand new one by mistake. The only indication that it was used was a slight dusting on the floor rollers of the vacuum and the box. I had a blast vacuuming my stairs! It’s lightweight, not too loud, and the head is incredibly smooth to control. The angled tip was perfect for corners. The suction power was fantastic – powerful and with a long-lasting battery. Specifically, because it’s so easy and fun to use, I find myself looking for opportunities to use it. The battery life changes derasticlly depending on the power level you set it to (easy, medium, high, or Jet), the battery never died on me. Even on the first use, I did a lot of vacuuming and used Jet mode multiple times. The self-emptying bucket works flawlessly, pulling everything out. There was only one instance where I had to manually clean it – when I picked up a broken hair tie I missed during pickup. The bag in the base seems small, but it holds a decent amount. The functionality is top-notch, and every moving part on this vacuum is smooth. The parts with manual buttons feel sturdy yet soft to use – my arthritic grandmother could easily use this vacuum.

   The vacuum, so far has worked well. But we have only had it a few months and the floor attachment came apart with only a little bit of downward pressure on it. Very poorly made, for such a costly appliance. A replacement part is $300!!!

   Major regret on this purchase. My house is mostly hardwood floors with very low pile area rugs. The photos show what the Samsung Bespoke does with dust on the surface (it leaves it!) and how my old Dyson V8 Absolute came in behind to save the day. What was I thinking not getting another Dyson?! The Samsung also bogs down on the very thin area rugs I have and is noticeably more difficult and clunky to maneuver around, unlike the smooth and effortless Dyson. I can’t believe how poorly designed and how flawed this vacuum is for the price, especially after Consumer Reports rated it as its highest cordless stick vacuum! I was sure this was going to be a step up from Dyson, but boy, was I wrong, as was Consumer Reports! I’m well past the return date, or I would!
