   I had the previous generation of the Ryobi Vacuum- it had a slotted nose like a dust buster and was adequate but not great. Killed batteries in no time. This vacuum is very good, approx 1″ round inlet, much better suction and easy disassembly and cleaning. Have done some tough jobs with it- cleaned an old gas grill and had a bunch of chunks of solid carbon and junk. This sucked it right up and wasn’t difficult to clean afterword. Ran the front plastic through the dishwasher and it looks like new. Battery life is still not stunning but more than workable- maybe a 1/2 hr or so on standard battery. Very good.

   This is the best handheld battery vacuum on the market. It fits well in the Ryobi family, using their batteries to work. Doesn’t come with a battery so you need to have the Ryobi battery set up. It is great for pet hair, spills in the car or house and is lightweight and very strong suction.

   I have multiple Ryobi products so this purchase made sense. What I did not expect was the power this delivers. I use it for my car, boat, house and stairs. It’s really powerful. I’m able to use it for days on one battery charge. Easy to use and well worth the money!

   Very good suction. Easy to clean canister and filters. The larger the battery, the longer it lasts. 2 AH is light, and fine for occasional touch ups. 4 AH and 6 AH are heavier, but good for serious vacuuming for an hour or more. All the 1 1/4 in. tubes and accessories fit. It makes a good floor vac with 2 extension tubes and a floor/carpet brush.
