   Vacumn keeps getting stuck in spots. On open spaces works great. Doesn’t return to charging station automatically. Charging takes about an hour and runs on full charge for 57 minutes. I would not let it run without supervision

   When initially purchasing this product, I was somewhat skeptical due to the price difference with comparing name brands. However, after the vacuum arrival I can say, I am pleasantly surprised with the product. The robot is able to vacuum my tile floors without any concerns. It even picks up pesky hair and dust that build up in corners. Well, I had to use the mop functionality. I imagine it works well. The only downside was that the app that comes with the product required me to update my phone. Overall, I would recommend this product to family and friends.

   Let me tell you the story about purchasing this vacuum that i named Miss Take-
   She constantly gets stuck EVERYWHERE. Corners, Walls, Under the couch, On a single leg of a table, and falls down the stairs more than my grandma. I’ve seen blind animals with better direction sense than this vacuum on how to navigate obstacles.

   I even put her in a complete empty room with no furniture thinking, “This cant POSSIBLY go wrong.” Ladies and gentlemen, I was WRONG. She got stuck in the corner trying to spin in circles but because her IQ is in the single digits she just kept bumping until she beeps in defeat. I then pick her up and put her in the center of the room, FACING THE OPPOSITE WAY FROM THE CORNER, and its like she has some kind of pre-ordained mission to get herself stuck. She does a complete 180, and zooms off to the same corner to be stuck again.

   10/10. Loved my time with this vacuum for the very very short while i had her.

   This robot vacuum proved to be great addition to my house despite my skepticism. I was a bit nervous at fist looking at the small dustbin size but it has been more effective because I empty it more often and can remove stuff that are stuck unlike with my previous roomba where things would get stuck for days/weeks without me noticing. The suction is powerful, comparable to other high end brands but the real bonus is the mop. It’s super convenient and easy to use and fits perfectly with my busy schedule needs. Overall, a great purchase, definitely worth the price I paid.

   I thought I was upgrading my robot vacuum. This one gets stuck on EVERYTHING. I think the mop pad in the back causes it to catch, the bathroom scale, the rug edge, and the cat tree base, to name a few. The “mop” part is just water and a rag. The instructions say no cleaning agents or detergents are in the water tank, so I guess really, it just water and wipes my floor. I have two cats and its nice to run this to help keep up on fur. it has a big dirt trap and the suction is nice. It does take its time to make sure it gets the edges of your home good.

   This is by far the stupidest robot vacuum I’ve seen in my life. The thing can’t even navigate itself back to its charging station without confusing itself and feeling like it needs to go on random walks around the room. It also does not clean well it leaks and when you put it on spiral it cleans a 2-ft section before it decides to go back to sleep. I highly suggest if you want your room clean. You invest in some dogs that will lick up your food cuz that’s more efficient. If you want to vacuum your room, pay a infant to do it cuz it’s more efficient and effective. I hope this robot falls off a cliff and never comes back. I tried to coax it into it but it did not listen.
