   I’ve had it for about a month. It picks up a lot of soil/ debris in carpet. I wish it had carpet length adjuster. It’s loud and sound cheap when beater bar catches because of too much resistance. When you pull the bags to replace they are really full.
   With factory cord and the weight of the cord the unit is really unstable.
   Overall in regards to performance and price… I give it 3.5-4 star.

   I just used this vacuum for the first time, and I can’t believe what a great job it did! We had a door put in about a month ago, and I was amazed that this vacuum picked up so much off the floor there despite having been vacuumed several times. I also spilled a plant yesterday evening which I cleaned up with my old vacuum. This vacuumed cleaned up even more!

   Con: it is very heavy. I do not recommend if you have health issues that effect your strength or endurance.

   Duel motors are awesome.
   This was a replacement for the exact same vacuum that I had for nearly twenty years.
   I know from previous ownership that they are tough, easy to work with and on vacuums.

   Worst vacuum ever made plugs up constantly shuts off constantly… We had to send to two different repair places meanwhile without our vacuum for weeks at a time. Cost us 100.00 of dollars in travel time and the company would not replace We have had it back now for a little over a week since the second repair of which we had to pay for, and it is shutting off and plugging up again this vacuum is a POS I Hugh recommend you do NOT purchase one

   I’ve had this vacuum for about a year now. I would definitely recommend this vacuum for commercial use, but make sure you do your maintenance on it. (1) There is a tab button for the wand insert that tends to catch hairballs and clog the vacuum. I recommend you get an appliance brush to clean that out regularly. (2) The upright spring clips NEED TO STAY LUBRICATED! If they have too much friction, it will end up snapping the plastic cover (I have my suspicions that it will still end up breaking even when properly lubricated). It’s still usable when it breaks, but the vacuum head just swings around, making it a little annoying to carry and sit upright. That being said, the warranty was pretty easy and only took 2 weeks (for a warrenty part that is average timing). The Pro Team website will show you where you can bring your vacuum for warranty repair.

   Great power and warranty can even increase term through vacuum-sale.com warranty offer. One thing to note is you need to purchase additional bags ASAP as only 2 are provided with the product! just FYI. Otherwise, it’s a good buy.

    We own a commercial cleaning company and own at least 20 of these vacuums. They have great suction, the parts are not too expensive, and they’re fairly easy to repair yourself. However, at least the last 3 that I ordered, the bag cover compartment would not stay latched. I finally opened the bag housing cover to find the Bag Cover Latch Spring rattling loose inside. It’s an easy fix to put it back in place but a brand new product shouldn’t need immediate repair before it can be used. Quality control needs to step it up. Otherwise this would be at star review.

    A friend of mine who owns a cleaning company recommended I get this vacuumbecause it is so good… and she was not kidding, this vacuum is awesome it’s suction power is excellent, it was easy to put together… it’s a solid piece of equipment. it’s a little heavier than I thought but I will get used to it. It was worth every penny. update 8/18 this vacuum started having problems after three months, started making loud grinding noises when vacuuming on carpet. Thought it might be the belt or the roller. Went to take the plate off to get to the roller and belt and discovered two of the screws are stripped. This sucks considering how much I paid for this vacuum. Can’t return it because vacuum-sale.com only has a return policy for 30 days.

    I already have one of these and decided I needed a second so now I have 1 upstairs and one downstairs! Love this vacuum so much! Easy assembly with great suction and has allergen filters which is definitely a must because I have 3 dogs! I hate bagless vacuums and this one has bags to trap in all the dirt and dust. It’s a must buy!! You will not be disappointed!
