This mattress vacuum cleaner works great! I love the look, the long plug in cord is the best. I can’t say enough about the convenience of the long cord which is 16.4ft. The suction is powerful, easy to use and easy to clean. My only issue is, it gets hot to the hand. It became hot before I finished vacuuming my king size bed. I really don’t understand why this happens or if this is safe. It does work well, perhaps the seller can give an explanation about the heat while using.

This product does not work as the seller described. It doesn’t suck properly and it overheated the first time I used it. Unfortunately I took too long to return it but I will contact the manufacturer to see if there is any warranty. I do not recommend this product.

The first time I bought this it was cordless. The first time I used it, it wouldn’t stay on for more than 5 mins. The battery life was short. I contacted vacuum-sale.com and they let me replace it with the one I have now which is corded. Once it arrived I tested it out to make sure it was good to go. Here I am using it for the 2nd time since having it, the vacuum suction is not picking up anything and it just stops working and won’t turn back on. It’s not worth the money. It’s past the window of the return, I wasted money on this, and now I’m stuck with a vacuum that doesn’t work. Stuff like this should be a return. Not just a”it’s outside the window.” Your sellers are putting out items that doesn’t last a couple of months. The very least, the seller should be giving refunds and a free label to return the defective item.
