   Super easy to set up and has a clean look overall. The robot is able to create accurate floor plans and optimizing cleaning paths. It works On hardwood, tile, and carpet, the suction and mopping is powerful. It picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs efficiently. Overall worth the price!

   This robot vacuum mopping combination is incredible. As a mom by the time all the toys are picked up and the dishes are clean I have nothing left in the tank to clean the floors. This robo vac has seriously remedied that. I am so impressed with how far the technology has come in just a few years compared to an old robo vac I previously had tried.
   What I liked:
   The app looks great and is easy to understand.
   Mapping was a breeze. I picked up any toys or cables, any stray things that might be moved around like laundry hampers or baby seats. The robot was quick to map with great accuracy. The app even allows for a 3d rendering.
   You can choose mopping and vacuum, mopping then vacuum, or standalone vacuum, etc., and can opt for specific room(s), entire house or even select a specific zone. You can choose just a section of a selected room, and the “zone” can even straddle multiple rooms.
   It is shockingly quiet. Even when emptying it has settings that can be slower to have it produce less noise.
   There’s a lot that can be customized – the frequency the mop pads are cleaned (often during a clean), how many times a room can be cleaned again within a scheduled clean if especially soiled, how fast/slow the dustbin is emptied = how loud/quiet it is.
   It won’t mop on carpets and intelligently detects if it’s on carpets and raises the mop heads (if on mopping mode), and lowers it once back on the floor. The feature works surprisingly well.
   The sensors work great at detecting furniture, toys, etc, especially since it doesn’t have a camera.
   I haven’t had any issues with tangles. It hasn’t gotten stuck at all, and is able to clear the changes from hardwood to tile, and over my kids’ thick playmat.
   Battery life is good, although it doesn’t move super quickly.
   What I don’t love:
   There are a lot of consumables. Compared to a typical vacuum, the base requires a specific bag. The app estimates it should be replaced after 90 days. The mop pads and anti tangle brushes should be replaced every 150 hours. Luckily all of these can easily be tracked within the app, but I worry about not being able to choose a more cost effective option than the cleaning solution cartridges.
   It’s not the best at corners or edges. If there are too many obstacles, it doesn’t pick up as well because it’s essentially more edges. It’s not brutally bad, but some corners needed obvious manual cleanup.
   The app isn’t flawless. It took several minutes of frustration for the app to recognize the vacuum to pair. Also to connect to my alexa, it will not recognize the network to connect.
   Initially I did not connect the side brushes properly, and they fell off frequently while vacuuming until I realized that they needed to click in, and then there were no issues.
   Overall a great robo vacuum.

   Since I have to pay a lot for appliances like this, I judge them by how much I actually have to think about them in my day-to-day life. My previous mop/vacuum was a Eufy X9 Pro. That vacuum needed constant maintenance. It got tangles in the brushes and rollers if you just blinked at it. It was supposed to be saving me time, not costing it. Eventually, one of the sensors stopped working, and it took a tumble down the stairs. That led me to do my research and purchase this model. The difference is night and day. This thing is a joy to own. It’s plug-in play set it and forget it. Keep your notifications turned on and it’ll let you know when there’s an issue or when you need to replace a part. The tangle-free promise is 100% true. It comes with a detergent cartridge that you can choose to pay for or leave out. The dirt is automatically emptied out of the dust bin into a bag, which takes some time to fill up. I really wanted to give this 4 1/2 stars, taking a half star off for the user interface. That was a little confusing, but once I got around that, this thing is near perfect and worth every penny

   Too early for me to rate this product. so far i am amazed.
   i scheduledit to vac and mop at 12midnight..the next day, it says the cleaning was paused as i need to check the machine.. saw that it got caugtht with the cable of the lamp and so far it got stucked..so will see if it really does the job

   I’ve been using the NARWAL Freo Z10 for two weeks, replacing a robot vacuum I’d relied on for several years. So far, I’m very satisfied. Since I switched to working from home, background noise became a real issue—my old robot was loud enough to break my concentration. The Freo Z10 is so quiet I barely notice it running.

   Its cleaning ability is also a big step up. My house has plenty of tricky corners the previous robot couldn’t reach, but the Freo Z10 extends its mop and handles those spots without a problem. It even deals with long hair—both mine and my dog’s—without tangling the roller, which means less maintenance for me.

   The base station’s clean, minimalist look blends nicely with my décor. If you’re considering a robot vacuum, I highly recommend the Freo Z10.
