   I have read lots of reviews from other people about the plus and minus of these vacuums. I am hear to share with you, this is the vacuum you will be very very happy to live with and use for years to come. It is quiet, has incredible suction and just works. For all the people out there who have complained this vacuum is to heavy, oh please. Quality is sturdy and has some weight to it. You will be very very happy when you buy your own.

   Terrible Experience!! The Miele Vacuum is an excellent product. However, when I ordered a NEW vacuum to replace the one I’ve have for 18 years, I received a dirty, used, scratched one with hair in the electric carpet head. This product was shipped from the third party provider, Rapid City Vacuums. This is unacceptable and the machine was returned. Not vacuum-sale.com’s fault, but some kind of SCAM in the system from a third party provider. Beware!

   Little skeptical about dropping this much $ on a vacuum after having a Dirt Devil canister for 8 years, but this is worth it. House is much cleaner than before. Suction is powerful but quiet. The bag and double filter help keep vacuum fumes from filling the area. I’ve used it for a couple months now, no complaints. Light and easy to carry down the stairs, bags easy to change out, has all the attachments you would need for carpet, wood floors, couch cushions, window blinds and breaks down for easy storage too. I would highly recommenced buying the bundle with extra bags and filters.

   My wife and I really love this vacuum cleaner. It has a powerful incredibly quiet motor that delivers what I’ll call quiet power. We own two Dysons that deliver extremely loud power. The Miele has the adjustments needed to ensure damage free vacuuming of our wonderful new wool carpet which is a huge investment. Another feature I really like is the replaceable filter that super cleans the exhaust air. It has no Oder whatsoever. This wonderful product has my highest possible recommendation. It is well worth the money. It is a beautiful well engineered Vacuum.
