Its has very strong suction, but it very heavy parts, I would exchange if it wasn’t to complicated to pack it back and ship back such a large heavy item.

This vacuum has great suction but that shouldn’t be all you pay for. The cord is too long, and wears out. I will eventually have to replace the cord. The wheels do not maneuver easily and the cord continuously gets stuck under the vacuum. I have begun to hate this vacuum! It does not make cleaning easy.

I bought this vacuum from an authorized dealer. Miele has a stellar reputation and I was hoping to have this vacuum for a long time. Its been a headache from the start- a faulty head, yearly cleanings, overheating.poor suction, and expensive filters. The large head and canister are difficult to navigate. Maybe I got a lemon but honestly what I would give for my 20 year old Dyson.

Have had this for two years! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM OR GLITCH! LOVE it. Works hard, doesn’t clog, picks up all the hair from my yellow lab who’s nicknamed “Shedy.”
Works well on carpets, furniture, hardwood floors, stairs, curtains, everywhere. I’ve never had the problems others have reported. I would suspect that they did not use the machine properly.
