   Will try to keep it short but…while there are some pros, there are far more cons and for the price point, they make it completely unworth the purchase. Pros: starts out with high auction/power, ergonomically comfy, comes with 2 batteries and self-empty option is great. Works really well on rugs; even wool rugs that are notoriously difficult to vacuum Cons: where do we start? Battery: while there are 2, which is a really great feature, they are each relatively short-lasting and while they’re supposed to be able to charge simultaneously, that feature never works. Pick-up: suction is good but declines rapidly over time. The WORST part is the clearance height. It won’t pick up anything bigger than a spec. Cheerios are def a no-go and you just gotta get used to picking up with your hand. No option to disable the beater-bar! This is a big con if you have specialty rugs. Attachments: the attachments that come with it are not that great and to get the more-standard ones you get with a vacuum, you have to buy the $250 ADDITIONAL package All in all, I do use this vacuum for certain things (I have a second one I use for things the LG struggles with) and it does have decent power, some of the quirky things about it make it my second choice to grab. I feel like it would be a great $100-150 vacuum but $1000? No way.

   This vacuum has excellent suction power. It is lightweight and easy to use, and gets into tight spots. The auto empty feature works very nicely. The battery life is sufficient to thoroughly vacuum about 600 ft.² on a single charge.

   This was a splurge purchase, and I was excited to use it. The self-emptying feature is great. It looks good, and tucks away neatly in a corner. It also has good suction for a cordless vacuum. The problem I am having is that it runs for less than 10 minutes and has to charge 3-4 hours. I did all the troubleshooting and cleaned the filters, but nothing changed. I just read on the LG site that this model only runs 6 minutes on Turbo, 9 minutes on strong, and 30 minutes on standard (low setting). (This information is on their website – not in the manual that comes with the vacuum.) When you turn the vacuum on, it goes automatically to strong, and you must adjust up or down. It’s great for a quick touch up, but not for routine vacuuming. I will continue to use it for small jobs, but I would not have spent so much on a vacuum with such short running time.

   I love this vacuum. Suction power is great, and the tower is so cool. Just load the vacuum back in the tower and it suctions all of the debris out of the vacuum. Definitely recommend!

   The vacuum has a really good power suction, it also has a low noise when in use. It is light, so you wont get tired when using it. The design is super nice. The vacuum feels good quality, it is easy to clean and the box with autoclean is really cool. The downside is the battery, it does not last much. You have to use it on a low suction mode in order to reach the 20 minute use. If you need to use it at full power and using the floor tool, it wont last 10 minutes.

   I really want to like this vacuum but unfortunately it is not living up to its advertised qualities. Our house is a total of 2400 sq ft, I would say the battery can only last for less than 1200 sq ft before it needs recharge. Additionally, the auto emptying feature is nearly useless. It can only auto empty if it is nearly empty. It gets easily overwhelmed and cannot self empty. See the photo attached, it’s not even that big of a dust bunnies + hair, it will not auto empty. I had to manually empty it, and it wasn’t a super tight dust ball, it came out of the canister easily.

   This is literally the worst thing I’ve bought. The battery does NOT stay charged for 60 mins you’ll be lucky if you get 15 mins out of it. When emptying it does NOT empty the stuff out. I end up having to empty myself. I just feel as if I paid way to much for this thing when I could have got a knock off version for ALOT cheaper. I literally wouldn’t recommend this for anyone. The reason I got one is because my mother-in-law has one but guess what…. hers doesn’t empty correctly either…

   I am really disappointed in this. I bought it thinking it would be great, but it lasts for maybe 15 minutes before dying and the auto empty feature does not work! If I could return it I would. It’s not worth it. I would say the suction is good but what good is suction if it doesn’t even clean a 1/4 of my house before dying.
