   Great value for the price. Easy assembly. It works great with good suction and easy to use attachments. Picks up cat fur with ease. I love the smooth and easy swiveling. It appears to be durable and good quality material. The size is not too big and bulky so it’s easy to maneuver. The cord is a standard vacuum cord.

   I recently had back troubles, and pushing around my Bissell Cleanview vacuum cleaner was getting tougher to handle. The Kenmore Featherlite weighs 3+ pounds less than the Bissell, and has a swivel steering feature, so that I can access corners more easily. Has the same suction power as the Bissell (I no longer have a pet, so am not able to compare the quantity of pet hair the Featherlite can handle). So far so good on the Featherlite! The cord on the Featherlite is longer than on the Bissell. Downside of the Featherlite, as compared to the Cleanview: The foot button that lowers the handle is a bit more tricky to push. Very happy with the Kenmore Cleanview overall, epecially the Hair Eliminator feature, which automatically removes pet hair and debris from the brushroll – one extra hassle removed. A great deal for one of the lower-priced vacuum cleaners!

   Little cheaper / smaller than I was imagining but not by much. Overall, I really like the color / design, the suction is great and the anti-pet hair feature seems to work well! It definitely picked up a lot of dirt for this being a brand new apartment I’ve only been in two weeks. Also like that I can vacuum the hardwood floor on lowest setting and carpet on highest setting.

   I gave this a try based on the reviews and my terrible experience with a cordless vacuum. After deciding my carpets needed more suction I turned to larger vacuums and saw some really positive reviews on this one. I’m so glad I gave it a chance! The anti hair wrap feature is what got me, but the amount of suction floored me. Like most people in the reviews I also got a super full canister out of my bedrooms (which are low pile carpet ). I had no idea my floors were so dirty! Right away my carpet felt brand new and all the fibers were standing back up instead of looking so worn down. It can be a bit hard to push but it’s worth it (and it pulls just fine). I like how lightweight it is and the attachments that came with it. The only thing that could possibly make this vacuum better is the cord being retractable. Will definitely purchase this again if something ever happens to it.

   This Kenmore vacuum cleaner is well designed, nicely constructed, easy to assemble, clean, and operate. Disposing of the crud is especially easy – thank goodness. The feature “with or without the rotating brush roller” is especially handy when you want to vacuum something but not beat it up with the roller. And the unit has more additional devices than I know how to use! Good product and well worth the money.

   After my “old” Kenmore vacuum broke down after 3 years (hose in the base broke down) ,I was looking to buy new one not as “fancy” and expensive as old one, so I got this vacuum. Much more simple, no hepa filters, no bags , no high tech. This vacuum is simple, user friendly, lighter, smaller vacuum. Great suction! I have 2 dogs and 1 sheds all the time and this vacuum picks dog hair with ease. There are manual 4 levels to adjust for height. The only comment I can make, I wish hose was longer! Power cord is long, a lot of attachments. I hope this one will last me longer than old, much more expensive vacuum! Highly recommended.

    This is the first time I bought a Kenmore product, and I’m very happy with the quality. As far as bagless, upright vacuums go, after reading hundreds of reviews this one seemed to have the best suction while still being light weight.
    I honestly only have one single complaint about this vacuum and it would not stop me from buying it. I generally use the hose more than anything, if you are going to pull this vacuum by the hose, and you pull it on a diagonal it will tip over. Otherwise not a single complaint thanks Kenmore!

    The Kenmore DU2001 vacuum is a game changer for my home. It works fantastic on both carpet and hardwood floors, picking up dirt, dust, and dog hair without any issues. Even with my shedding husky, it doesn’t clog or lose suction. I love how quiet it is compared to other vacuums, and the swivel feature makes maneuvering around furniture a breeze. The XL dust cup means fewer trips to empty it, and the 3-in-1 tool is a great addition. Highly recommended!

    I’ve had this vacuum for 2 years, and used it sparingly. Recently, I noticed that the main suction wasn’t working properly. Extended the unit and saw that the main tube had completely split (see photos). It’s a shame because this was a good functioning vacuum, but now it’s completely useless after only 2 years. Really disappointed with this. Would’ve given 4-5 stars if it weren’t for this.
