   It works close up, it just doesn’t have enough suction. I’m trying to say it is not that powerful. I’ve tried to use it on my hardwood floors and attachments made it too far away from the main part that it barely sucked anything up. If you use it on the couch same thing the attachments are to far away. If you use the thing itself it’s tedious to get every pet hair.

   Love this vacuum. It is small but powerful. A good price with extensions like a bigger vacuum have. My cord broke customer service was wonderful although they do not sell just cords they found me one on vacuum-sale.com . Refunded how much it will be. Super great service caring people. Will buy from them again.

   I like that it’s small easy to put away. What I don’t like and didn’t expect for it being a pet cleaner is that the suction is not strong enough to pick up hair or dust very well. Picks up a small amount then shuts off on it own. I clean it out completely turn it back on then it shut off immediately. I’ve charged it for 2-3 hours and it died after 15 mins or shut off. For the amount of money it costs it’s not a very good product. I was expecting better 🙁

   This is a bit of. Joke for carpet, especially carpeted stairs. Suction is limited. The miter looks to be half the size of our regular handheld vacuum. I almost boxed it up for immediate return but decided it is convenient to grab to do the hard floors in the kitchen. If it was advertised for hard floors only I might give it 3.5 stars.

   Update: May 2023 and it no longer holds a charge. Lasted less than a year….

   I really don’t have to many good things to say about this vacuum!!! 1st of all I got this bc said vacuum and in pics said floor mop and it’s not a floor mop it’s for Upholstery tool for flat surfaces! So was upset about that! 2nd the extension pieces are like two pieces of PVC and 3rd it doesn’t have a great suction power! When cleaned out our truck it seem to only pick up big pieces of trash / dirt not a lot of small pieces! On another note I’m sure I can still use especially for the price! I vacuumed my couch with The upholstery tool and it works great!! So that being said it’s not like it’s price tag is overpriced bc not a high dollar vacuum. So therefore I gave three stars!

   I got this as a birthday gift for my 2 year old. He loves the vacuum and I’m pleasantly surprised with how much it picks up! Now I do have all hard wood floors so I think that helps too.
   I did however have an issue with it charging. Sometimes it will, sometimes it won’t.

   This is a small vacuum, the worst thing about it is that it doesn’t keep a charge very long, other then that it is very good, especially for this type of cordless vacuum. It has great suction power. I have 4 cats all of them shed and this baby gets all the hair.
