   I clean for a living. I’ve used many vacuum types. I liked the Dyson ball. With the Dyson switching from vacuuming the floors to using the attachments was easy breezy. This vacuum is easy breezy too, but a lot less expensive on the wallet. The head doesn’t swivel quite like the Dyson, but it does some. When removing the hose to use the on board attachments it is so easy to replace it back into the vacuum because the hose is soooo flexible. Some vacuums have stiff hoses making it a chore to attach it back after using the attachments. I like that there aren’t bags to replace. Just empty the canister. The canister can hold a lot of debris and it’s clear. When you need to give it good cleaning it’s easy because you can see exactly where all the dusty dirt is. I suggest getting a set of long handled brushes of various sized brush heads. Larger heads can clean the sides inside of the canister. Smaller can get into the tighter places.
   I love this vacuum. It’s so user friendly….

   I bought this used. It was a good product and worked as expected. On March 15,2025, less than three months after purchase on December 16,2024, the motor began to smoke and burned out. The vacuum is now dead and unusable. When I called vacuum-sale.com, they said the product was bought used and there was no warranty on it after January 31,2025, the date by which it had to be returned. But they were willing to do me a favor and take it back. However, the cost to ship it back would be $85. So, for a product that cost $100, they were essentially willing to give me a 15 credit. I have declined. I threw it in the trash. There was nothing on vacuum-sale.com to say that because I bought the product used there was no warranty on it beyond the return date. I am upset and very disappointed in vacuum-sale.com. A used product should have been refurbished and certainly last more than three months.

    Well, our vacuum went belly up and having just completed a renovation, vacuuming was a must prior to cleaning the carpet. Purchased this and woweee…the suction is phenomenal! Makes me wonder what our old vacuum was even doing…lol The old one was vacuuming some but it definitely does not compare to this one. When I vacuum it doesn’t take long for my back to hurt, so my husband usually vacuums. But to his surprise and joy, I did not experience any back pain while vacuuming. lol This vacuum is lightweight, maneuverable and gets the job done! Hoover has a great reputation and I do see why. Would definitely purchase this product again.

    This isn’t a bad vacuum; it does what I need it to do since I don’t have a huge house but I did notice that the hose suction was starting to become pretty bad. Naturally, I cleaned the sponge filter and I replaced the other filter that you can’t wash and that didn’t help so by chance, I listened to my intuition and this is something the “manual” doesn’t mention under maintenance whatsoever. If take the dirt cup off the vacuum and open the top, you’ll find 3 tiny screws. Unscrew those so you can take out that middle section of the dirt cup. Get all that junk off of that and from the long square piece that’s in the center & reattach to the dirt cup. You’ll find the suction vastly improves.
