   Great working robot app is easy to use quick set up. Only thing that could be a problem is the battery life is a little short. It used down stairs is 1100 sq. ft. it does a good job of cleaning but when its done their is less then 20 % battery life left. i would recommend it update 3 months it has not finished it work only twice. It returned to charge be for completing the job but after charging it returned and finished the cleaning where it left off.

   I have 4 corgis that shed like crazy, I was feeling overwhelmed with the accumulation of dog hair by the end of the day and always having to get out my big clunky vacuum to take care of it all. This however, is not my first robot vacuum, it’s actually my third! My first vacuum was the ILIFE V3s but, it didn’t have app control, my second was the AIRROBO and that had app control but got stuck and had a thick stiff bristle roller brush so dog hair was always getting stuck and the vacuum got stuck on everything. Feeling like I couldn’t find a robot vacuum I was happy with, I tried this one. I have no problems with it connecting to the WiFi and it maps my rooms out so I can select what rooms I specifically want cleaned. It always returns to the charger and the roller brush has soft bristles making it a lot easier to clean dog hair. By far the easiest vacuum to clean dog hair from with a roller brush. I will say though, it gets stuck under my couch. It will fit under my couch but will not come out. Also good to note that I have hardwood floors so I can’t speak for how it does on carpet.

   As you can see, this robotic vacuum can climb not only to not even surface but chair extension one due has leg, and clean the dirts with his extended legs. Since it hasextended kind web leg, he likes to mapping around first instead in one direction which eventually will go back. Love it I wish in future they have sensor where is the dirt and they will come straight to it

   1st have to say how loud this is. My other robot vac was a I Martine which I could not find anywhere. 139$ RVac lasted almost 4 years. Bought one off brand was junk / returned and bought this. I am a OCD house cleaner with pets. I will post an update.
   Have had since middle of August too busy rescuing animals to return battery only last 10 minutes. Mind you this is only used in my master bedroom to get under the bed.
   Ridiculous 🙁

   We LOVE this vacuum. We were hesitant to buy a robot vacuum due to our thick carpet. This vacuum does a great job in the carpet. You can see in the video by the lines that it is actually cleaning into the carpet not just the surface. It’s very smart about stopping at the end of a room and you can give it certain areas that are forbidden. It’s very nice to be able to just clean the kitchen or living room and not have to do the whole house. I highly recommend. It’s an easy setup, very easy to make it go. We also moved the base without looking at the instructions and it figured out where we moved it and has been totally normal since. We left a cord out one time and it sensed it and cleaned around it instead of getting stuck in it.

   Enjoyed it for 7 months for hard wood floors in 4 rooms. Then it began circling on 1 wheel! I checked for strings, cleaned roller brush, replaced side brushes. Nothing worked. Called Customer Service once per month, 5th time today. No action on their part. Very disappointed.

   The robot is a great vacuum and does a great job of mapping and cleaning everything up and is fairly quiet. The thing that bothers me is that this is my third purchase of this robot in hopes of it connecting to my wifi and none of them has. I even called and talked with customer support for nearly an hour to try and get it figured out and no luck. So if you truly care about the mapping feature and controlling from your iPhone, this vacuum isn’t for you. But if you are ok with clicking it on manually and letting it work it’s magic, then you will be very happy with this product!

   Unfortunately I care a lot about the wifi connection and mapping features so I had to return and find a new robot. 🙁

   Hopefully they can figure out what’s wrong with the wifi feature and all will be well with this robot in the end.

   Like nearly everyone, I was skeptical to pay for a robot vac. I am thankful I did. This Eureka does a great job. It picks up so much dust etc. each time it vacuums. We have a cat and a dog. I purchased this one specifically for the multiple mapping feature. We have a split level home. Great vacuum. I only removed 1 start because the app does need some user interface improvements. It’s manageable but improvements to the app would gain another star on my review. I don’t miss vacuuming and she is fun to watch in action.
