Web site to set up cleaning not working properly. Not user friendly.

I’m usually a Eufy fan. Own a Eufy security system plus additional camera. Bought this vacuum after being impressed by a friend’s. Sadly, it can only manage to vacuum 731 sq ft of my downstairs before the battery dies. I’m very disappointed.

We have had these robots vacs in the past with ok results. They have been more of a “neat” function but this little guy is awesome. It is not a fancy wet mop style but from what I have seen so far this little vac is doing a fantastic job. It does pickup hair from my dog and cats quite well. The map of my house is really accurate, best I have ever seen.
The only downside I have seen, which is my fault, is I have to empty the collection bin every other day. I wish I had paid more for the unit which has the big collection bin the little guy could self empty.

I had three Roombas over a decade ago and hated them. They banged into everything, got stuck, required constant cleaning/maintenance due to pet hair, etc. Saw the Eufy L60 refurbished at a good price and went for it. OMG it works so well. Picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair and doesn’t smash into everything. Yes I do have to empty it and clean the hair out of the roller, but that takes a couple minutes.

Vacuum stopped working after 3.5 months. Apparently it only has a 90 day warranty and the AI customer service would not stand behind the product. Don’t buy a renewed one or buy a vacuum from another company.

Works really well, but could be improved compared to others. It does a good job of sucking up dog hair. I only need to run it on normal mode – not full power. The smartphone app. is good, but it would be nice if you could drive the robot. That was a feature on the remote of my previous bobot vacuum. Would also be better if it had TWO of the spinning brushes. At least the one it has is sturdy – unlike the flimsy, thin fibres of others. Worst thing about it is the sensor on top of the unit that sticks up above the body. This prevents the robot from going under some furniture I have & the main reason it didn’t get four stars. The catch tray & filters are fairly small – as well (compared to others I’ve had)
Update: after about six months of use – one of the ends on the roller has completely broken off. This was a gradual thing because dog hair would easily get caught in there & cause the plastic part to stop spinning. The metal shaft would keep going & wear out or even melt the plastic. The place on the base where it touches has also wasted/melted. It still runs with the wobbly roller end, but I’m sure it’s not as good as before. This is a major design flaw!
