   Robovac arrived with clear indications it was used – boxes ill treated, indication in dust collector it’s been used…. And parts are missing – the water tank, disposable mopping cloths, washable mopping cloth…. Very frustrating

   This is my third robot vacuum from Eufy. I should have learned from the first one. Don’t expect this vacuum to work for longer than a year. Just bight the bullet and buy from the more expensive brand. It will be worth it in the long run because you will get more longevity out of it. I purchased this one a year ago. I was never able to connect it to wi-fi. When I called customer service to help me, they were useless. Now it stopped after 3 minutes of cleaning and indicates that the roller brush is stuck. It is not stuck. I have replaced the roller brush. I was very hopeful that this vacuum would work but it just doesn’t. Please beware if you are considering purchasing this vacuum.

   Made so many excuses until I was just overwhelmed. I went cheap so in case it didn’t help or disappointed. Nope, best decision ever. She’s named and working as we speak. Is it Mary Poppins, no, but it’s picking up more dirt than I expected my floors to have. Such a relief! My pup doesn’t care for it, but she’s silent enough that it doesn’t bother any other critters. She bumps into the walls cuz it’s her first time but it’s a gentle bump and you can see it calculating the turns and furniture. I found myself following her around picking up the big stuff she whisked out of a corner. This is far more than I expected, especially for the price!

   It performs better and is simpler than expected. Various language support, convenient app connectivity, and cleaning functions are great.

   Working pretty well! The mopping function isn’t the greatest and as far as I can tell, there isn’t an option on the app to just have it mop. It’ll just do it when it wants I believe. This was very affordable though so it’s fine with me.

   I like the way it cleans hardwood or laminate floors but when it comes to carpets it doesn’t do a good job. It leaves stuff behind n over half of my floors are carpet. As a result I’m sending it back n will probably order another one hoping it will do a better job on my carpets

   I love how the robot navigates. It doesn’t need LIDAR or any kind of modern sensors. Just hit-and-turns and it navigates to all corners of the floor. The map is created precisely with a tracking sensor. Very quiet in standard mode.

   This RoboVac is great. My wife favorite feature is when clean under the beds and under the couch. Battery last over 60 minutes. She wish to have control over the app to select a specific area.

    Love it! We named our lil robot vac “bump” because like most of these vacs, they running around bumping into everything until they they build a grid of where things are at.

    Now for the review…we have had other robot vacs, none as good as this hard working machine though. Sure, o have to empty it every day to ensure it stays clean, but do that anyhow after using the bigger manual vacuums. But this lil dude is programmed to clean every single thing that is left on the floor, and it does! With its many functions it’s no wonder it is rated well.

    I could go on forever about this machine, but I’ll sum it by saying this…you get what you pay for. Is this the Cadillac of robot vacs? No. But rest assured, this lil thing works hard for what we paid for it, and it’s worth every penny.

    It takes a bit to clean the carpet, several rounds and seems to get stuck on my stair rail.
