   Have always been a fan of Dyson products- they last forever with proper care and I trust the brand.
   That said, I was a little nervous buying a “renewed” unit but the savings was attractive and came with return and warranty backup.
   Main Unit and accessories were packed to perfection. Honestly so many attachments- which I may or may not use but that’s ok. Instructions/assembly was lacking but it’s intuitive and has a link if you want to access the full narrative.
   Being cordless makes it so much easier to use than my old D27 (still going strong) and I planned to use both vacuums but the cordless is as strong on my carpet as the corded vac and the hard surface attachment is awesome.
   Anyhow, If you want a V15 at a good price , I would not hesitate to order this. I chose not to mount the docking station so I can simple store in a closet when not in use.

   I bought this vacuum cleaner from woot for $449 January 5. It is now May 8 and the vacuum does not charge waste of $500 and unable to get support from either Woot or Dyson. I bought the vacuum because I own another Dyson that I bought in 2003 that is over 20 years old and still runs like a dream, this is a nightmare and very poor Support

   This is our 3rd Dyson cordless. We decided to pull the trigger on the very pricey V15 because of the removable battery and the green light technology. So far, the battery life seems much more practical than our v7 and v10, (those kept a comically short charge and batteries were not removable which left us stranded halfway through cleaning and waiting hours to recharge). But by FAR, our favorite feature is the green light. When following behind our v10, it’s mind blowing how much dust you miss without this green light feature. We shall see how it holds up in the longterm but thus far, we LOVE this vacuum.

   We did purchase ours Dyson factory refurbished because I couldn’t stomach the retail price of a new one. As of 1/10/25, Zero complaints.

   No Yo no sé si soy anticuado o aferré tanto a lo que uno se ha acostumbrado pero este producto hace el trabajo por sí mismo solamente lo tienes que pasar una sola vez no tienen la molestia de un cable que tenga que mover de un lado para otro por la facilidad que inalámbrico y no sé si es por su estilo o porque algo nuevo pero yo hasta medio estoy pasándolo por mi casa y jala tanta costra que a cada rato tenía que estar limpiando el filtro que normalmente un aspiradora hubiera que pasarla bastantes veces cuando con solamente la pasas una sola vez yo estoy muy contento con mi compa
