   love this. battery dies quickly if you use the max suction setting. at the lower settings its enough to clean my appartment or my car, for example. It came with some different attachments which is nice. Easy to remove dirt and clean the filter in a sink. Not too heavy and rolls nicely on the ground.

   I purchased this to replace a V8 that kept eating batteries like they were nothing. The suction in this is so much better than the V8 and I love how it has even three different speeds. The Dyson itself, less any attachments, is made so much better this way, because when you empty it, you just stick it down in the trashcan and open the bottom by pushing a lever. My other one came out the bottom and you would get dirt all over the floor. The only problem I have with this, trying to take the long hose off takes some elbow grease as it always acts like it’s stuck. Update: 8.18.24 My low speed no longer works. Switching from 1 to 2 is the same. Other than that it works great. Though without the low speed, I can no longer vacuum my rug bowl as the second and third speed wants to eat the rug due to the excellent suction.

   We bought this vacuum about 6 months ago and I was a little leery to buy refurbished, but it has worked perfectly! We have really given it a run for its money. It is used frequently, and by kids who aren’t as gentle with it as they probably should be. (Speed vacuuming is a thing with my 8 year old!) I was so grateful to find a quality vacuum at a discounted price.

   LOVE LOVE LOVE this vacuum! I would put 10 stars if I could! I was a bit concerned buying a renewed item, but it’s vacuum-sale.com…the risk is very minimal. The vacuum came all individually wrapped, clean, looking like new. The only issue was the little white paint mark on the tub (see picture). The vacuum works great. It is definitely worth to pay the “renewed” price. Also there was no booklet about the item, but you can find any info on internet, so it didn’t matter to me. I love the fact it doesn’t have to be plugged and you can vacuum everywhere without having to bother with the wire. The battery last a long time, long enough to vacuum the whole house (2200sq feet). The vacuum power is great. I use it on the lowest and it swallows everything on the tiles and wood floor. On the carpet I use the middle setting. But the best part is that is it so easy to use, I vacuum just about everyday. My husband is a messy cook (but his dishes are delicious!), and after his cooking, it takes 5 mn to clean the kitchen floor, so the entire house stay clean. I can honestly say, this vacuum has changed my life.

   I never thought I’d say this, but vacuuming is actually kind of enjoyable now. This thing is lightweight, easy to maneuver, and somehow makes me feel like I have my life together. It picks up pet hair like a champ—seriously, I had no idea my floors were hiding that much fur.

   The suction is ridiculously strong, and the cordless design means no more tripping over cords or doing the awkward “plug shuffle” from room to room. Plus, it’s surprisingly quiet, so I can clean without scaring the pets (or my sanity). If you have a pet that sheds like it’s their full-time job, this vacuum is an absolute lifesaver.

   This Dyson is so easy to use for so many things. It does great in picking up the normal dirt that gathers in your home across hardwood, tile, and carpeting. It comes with an upholstery attachment that does great on furniture. The battery lasts plenty long. I’ve never come close to using even 1 of the 3 “bars” on the battery in one cleaning session.

   I have had the filter become clogged with fine dust from drywall and larger chunks from a renovation project. This is understandable as this is what a Shop-Vac is better designed for. In both cases it was easy to disassemble and clean to get it back in working order. Cleaning the filter involves just running water through it in the sink.

   I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

    I have used this new, “refurbished” vaccum for 3 weeks with 2 dogs, so i used almost daily. It is not a product i would recommend or purchase again. A couple of additions would be helpful. While the suction is excellent, there are no lights on the front, which is absolutely necessary
    for pet hair. This vaccum is great for hard surfaces but does not work on rugs (it grabs them and you have to stop and pull them out) The dirt trap is small and fills quickly, it is unwieldy and does not stand or lean easily. It just falls. It runs out of battery power suddenly. This brand is phyped as the best but……. not this model.
