   OMG! This vacuum is an amazing. I don’t have to get hand dirty again, when I’m cleaning the dirt. All I need to do is, push the button on station, and all the dust goes into the dust bag. Super easy to use. One of my best purchase in 2024

   Love this vacuum. Unfortunately there are 4 things that prevent me from 5 stars. First what I love about it, is it’s lightweight, suction is great, convenience and the self emptying tower. The reason for purchasing is due to a severe skin condition in my house and I have to vacuum at least 4x a day. Battery charges in 3 hrs but at half power you only get about 35 mins of use. The power button is in a bad spot, so you have to watch putting it on the tower, so you don’t accidentally turn off. I wish they had a light on the soft roller head. My biggest complaint is I would like to purchase extra battery and charger. Can’t find one and don’t know where to contact. Searched everywhere. Not finding another battery and charger is my biggest complaint. The reason for the 4 stars.

   I have gotten 3 of these vacuums and I can now confidently say that this item isn’t even slightly worth the money, as all 3 items broke or didn’t even work brand new out of the box! Given that all 3 had issues, there’s no way it’s a coincidence that I just got a bad item. One of the 3 broke within the first 2 weeks when the rubber grommet on the the charging station became detached at the top and folded down which prohibited the vacuum from being docked which meant there was no way to charge it. Again- this was within 2 WEEKS of receiving it! The other of the 3, was bad out of the box. Something was faulty within the base station so it wouldn’t charge it when you docked it. And the third of the 3 stopped working on high within 2 months of use. If you turned it on high it wouldn’t immediately shut off and medium and low speeds were cut down to about 50% suction power. So disappointed in this product.

   This vacuum is probably the best cordless vacuum that empties itself that I have found. Decent suction and super handy self empty function that goes into a bag. Don’t have a dust cloud over the trash can when you empty the vacuum. I really hate the two brush heads that everyone seems to be using now but I find the soft roller brush perfect for just about all my vacuuming needs. Floors and Area Rugs. Does not grab my oriental rug fringe. This is a new vacuum for the US market so filters and bags are a problem to find. I’ve had to go overseas to get replacements. Hopefully that will get better.

   I absolutely love this vacuum! The blue light really illuminates all the debris on the floor, which helps to clean up so well! If I advance the suction level the battery goes a little fast but I can vacuum my entire first floor and still have 50% left over. My home is over 2700 square feet, so it’s a lot of floor to cover. Works well on both hard floors and carpet.

   Update. Dreame said they were unable to repair my vacuum so they shipped me a new unit to make it right. It took awhile to sort it out but they did come through in the end.

   Dreame has had my vacuum back for over 2 months and just get bs when I incurred about it, no answer. I have 4 different Dreame vacuums and will never purchase another one due to how horrible their customer service is.

   After several days of use, I’ve decided to return this vacuum due to significant performance issues, despite some notable strengths. The vacuum offers impressive suction power overall, effectively picking up dirt and debris from various surfaces. One standout feature is the built-in light, which excellently illuminates even the smallest particles on the floor that would otherwise go unnoticed. This makes thorough cleaning much easier, especially in dimly lit areas. However, the battery life is disappointing, especially at maximum suction power—you can literally watch the battery percentage drop every few seconds, resulting in only a few minutes of cleaning time on a full charge. While lower suction settings extend usage time, it’s still inadequate considering the premium price point. More concerning was the charging stand’s design flaws. During initial setup, a rubber seal became dislodged, preventing proper suction for emptying the vacuum’s contents. Additionally, docking the vacuum proved frustrating, with inconsistent charging contact that sometimes failed to initiate charging altogether. After contacting customer support about these issues, they confirmed the unit should be returned rather than troubleshooting further. ## Pros & Cons **Pros:** – Excellent suction power – High-quality light feature that reveals hidden dirt particles – Effective cleaning performance when operational **Cons:** – Poor battery life, especially at maximum power – Problematic charging stand with design flaws – Difficult to dock properly for charging – Issues with the self-emptying mechanism – Not worth the premium price considering the drawbacks
