   *update: new vacuum works perfect 1 month in. *original still valid review Okay, here’s the thing, this is probably the best robot vacuum I have ever owned. This is because of the app. The app works great, the no-go zones are a lifesaver for when you have a large house and you have had issues with robot vacuums finding themselves in places where they constantly get stuck. The map generation is pretty spot on. This robot cleans in even lines so it makes a nice clean look on your carpets, and as long as you have it turned to turbo suction, the suction is amazing. You can make this adjustment in the app. You do not want to use the preset suction level as it is not strong enough in my opinion. The battery level is pretty good, it can clean about 1,100 ft² on full turbo suction in one and a quarter charges. This comes out to be about 700 ft² on a full charge. You can view the picture I am posting to see a completed cleaning sequence, and the paths that the robot took. So why am I only giving this three stars? So here’s the thing, this is obviously a Chinese knockoff device of the more mainstream robot vacuums. With this, you have pretty poor quality control. The robot does not feel cheap, and it seems well built, But I receive a bumper sensor error on almost every cleaning, but there is no error. I literally have to jiggle the bumper on the machine to test the error. I did a simple Google search of this issue, and I see this is a common issue. This happened with my robot within the first use. I have requested a replacement, but if I get this error once in the first week, the robot is getting returned. If I get this error once and the next 30 days the robot is also getting returned. Typically the majority of Chinese built things will work, but if you catch the unlucky draw, you are just in a bad spot. But what I’ve noticed about cheap Chinese knockoffs is either they work in the first 30 days or they don’t, but if they survive that 30 days you are good to go. So with all of this being said, it is up to you to take the risk of running the gauntlet. Good luck, and hopefully the company fixes their sensor errors.

   Esperaba poder sacar un contenedor de agua sucia posterior al trapeado pero no funciona así. Simplemente trapea con agua (sin químicos).

   En general estoy contento, aspira bien y las llantas son gruesas.

   Updatedc11-19: The robot has been doing much better this past week or more and hasnt stopped once that i can remember (other than to recharge) so i am updating to 4 stars. Previous review: We have really enjoyed the robot vacuum except the robot gets stuck very easily. The robot cleans up our hardwood floor very well, especially the dogs hair. The carpet is hit and miss (sometimes it cleans well and sometimes not). The robot intelligence needs to be worked on so the robot doesn’t get stuck or get cords wrapped so easily.

   I had Roomba for years, and honestly, I hated it. It’s obvious that technology is improving, and while I started to research a new vacuum, I definitely was shocked to see the prices and just about how badly these robots work. I decided to get something similar, a vacuum with a self-emptying base and a mop- as this has become famous now. Dreame is perfect. It’s much more affordable and durable, and the same goes for maintenance parts and compatibility. The mapping system is easy, and I love the fact that in just under an hour, I have my house cleaned and fresh. The room separation, no-go zones, and no-mop zones allow me to customize it just as I want it! I thought I’d give up on this technology and honestly, I loved that I gave it a try.
