   I’ve used this for a couple months now about 3 to 5 days a week. It’s done an amazing job. Much better than my preview 12 year old one. The mop function actually works better than i anticipated. The app works very well for the most part. My only complaint with the app is the areas that you want to exclude from cleaning can only go so small. So like if i want it to avoid a tiny area (like my spring door stops) i can’t. If the unit bin gets too full before it goes back to the base to empty it might get clogged and you’ll have to manually empty it. But this was only a problem when I first got it because I clearly wasn’t vacuuming my home enough. Overall great value for the money. Would purchase again.

   The Dreame robot vacuum/mop is okay but I didn’t like that the fluid reservoir is only in the robot and is incredibly small. I found that I was adding fluid every other day even though it has a program to mop on the schedule I had set up.

   The vacuum is quiet and the suction is adjustable through the app. For the money though there are better options.

   I’m extremely happy with this vacuum. I previously had another one from Hoover and this Dream is so much better! The app is convenient and easy to use, it has different settings and cleaning options and the suction power is amazing! The vacuum works great on tile, hardwood floors and carpet. The mapping feature is very accurate, allowing the vacuum to easily and automatically clean every area of your home or selected areas. And I love the fact that it empties on its own! The mopping mode is also much better than on other robots and gets the job done. This little robot had mad my life so much easier and is a great value for the price!

   Okay, let me start by saying I never write reviews, but this Dreame D10 Plus Gen 2 is excellent. I’ve had robot vacuums before, but this thing? Next-level. First off—the mapping feature blew my mind. I turned it on, and within like 10 minutes, it zipped around my house floor and built this super detailed map on the app. It even figured out where my rugs end and the hardwood starts? Magic. Now I can tell it to just clean the kitchen after dinner. And the vacuum + mop combo? Chef’s kiss. The suction is crazy strong—it picks up everything from cereal crumbs to my husky’s never-ending fur tumbleweeds. Then the mopping? It’s not some half-hearted wipe. The pads actually scrub, and you can adjust how wet you want it. My floors look legit polished, but they’re not slippery. Huge win. Here’s the best part: I barely have to do anything. The dustbin empties itself into this big station.    Update: Dreame support contacted me (outside vacuum-sale.com) and gave me a full refund for the malfunction of the product.

   At first the vacuum was great. The suction power is more than enough to clean my labrador hair. The problem is that after 3 weeks of usage, the auto empty functionality simply stop working. I contacted vacuum-sale.com suppurt, seller support, and deame support, no one gave me a solution. The response was that is proably a hardware issue and that I should return it. The problem is that I bought it with international shipping from argentina, and the shipping cost and tax that I have to pay to return ir are more expensive than the vaccum itself, so I will have to keep it and clean it after every use…

   I bought this for my parents & just set this thing up bc it was too hard for them. Advertising is misleading!! Theres NO water tank or auto refill and dump for water. Other reviews say having to take the pad off everytime you use it and have to clean and air dry it also having to refill the water is just as much work as mopping yourself. Mine doesn’t even have a pad! It’s just a vacuum despite saying mop. It clearly says 90 day vacuum & mop & it’s a lie. I had ecovac before & it has a big water tank water u change every Cpl months this Advertising is kinda misleading. Theres no water tank or auto refill and dump for water. Having to take the pad off everytime you use it and have to clean and air dry it also having to refill the water is just as much work as mopping yourself. doesn’t!!! I can’t even find a place to put water anywhere on this! Feels like a scam. It’s past the return date. vacuum-sale.com please let me return. They sent me the wrong device. It doesn’t give mop as an option on the app & doesn’t list mop head as an option for this.

   The suction is great, and the dust collection bin is better than I thought. I can go many days which I don’t know how many I think it’s close to a week without touching anything. We have a couple of golden retrievers and lots of dog hair and it handles it so well. I love the fact that the roller is a rubber that doesn’t get tangled up with hair. My first experience with dreame was the d9 model. I had it for couple of years and the only reason I needed to upgrade is because of silly me had the robot scheduled to vacuum everyday at the same time while I was gone. Apparently the dog decided to have an accident and then the robot vacuum dragged it all through the house. I cleaned it the best that I could but you can imagine. So I was ready to upgrade so I don’t have to empty the bin anymore. I tried another brand and didn’t like it because it didn’t map the house well and couldn’t find the charging station. The d10 is awesome and I’m so glad I have it
