Great on solid floors and very low rugs. Not effective on high pile to medium pile rugs. Only a 2,200 ma battery. The battery is big and heavy. The battery is probably how the rest of this unit can be affordable. As long as you understand it’s not effective with medium to high pile rugs, I think it’s a good value. I would buy again.

This vac works well right out of the box. With that said, the battery does not last nearly as long as the description claims. That isn’t really a problem for me because it lasts long enough for me to complete the floors in my home. (950 sq foot living space) In most cases the medium suction level is sufficient for picking up sand and small debris off of my vinyl plank flooring with ease. I kick it up to high power when using on small area rugs to capture cat/dog hair and appreciate the ability to quickly swap the suction levels from low, medium, to high with a squeeze of the trigger. The canister is easy to empty and clean and allows for complete disassembly for a thorough cleaning in between uses. All around, it is much better than expected and hopefully holds up over time. Purchased at a sale price under $70, would not have purchased at full asking price.
