   I found your reviews to be quite positive. When I charged it up and started using it, I too, was pleasantly surprised. It doesn’t sound all too powerful, but it really packs a punch.

   I was just looking to clean off the carpet area of my cat tree, and I thought the best accessory would be the cleaning brush since it will remove pet hair as well as pieces of the cat’s nails that would come off during the scratching process. But to my disappointment, I didn’t find that one piece, the cleaning brush. However, I did receive extra filter, extension hose, flat nozzle, and the charging line in a nice zippered bag. How can I get the cleaning brush attachment ?

   I purchased this hand vacuum a few months ago and it has been a reliable addition to my cleaning routine for light-duty cleanups. I find it works effectively on pet hair, crumbs and dust, making everyday cleaning quick and effortless. The vacuum is lightweight and easy to hold, which makes it convenient to use for longer periods, such as when vacuuming furniture or curtains. I did experience an issue with my initial unit not holding a charge properly, but the company’s customer service was excellent. They responded promptly and sent a replacement quickly, with no hassles. I can’t yet speak to its longevity, but overall, I’m very satisfied with this vacuum and would recommend it for times when using a standard vacuum isn’t a convenient option.

   Update: contacted the company which replaced my unit. Customer service receives 5 stars. Product, I’ll adjust to 3 stars since suction is perfect for me and I love the light. Few have that feature. Questionable reliability keeps me from giving more stars.

   Worked beautifully with light use for the first couple of months. Now won’t keep a charge. Is it any coincidence that the warranty is only 30 days and that the product lasts just over 30.

   I’m very happy with this little vacuum. It’s actually got great suction especially for its size, and I’ve tried it in my car, and surprised at how well it gets things up like those tiny little crumbs that get embedded in the car mat, that was the real test for me. It easily gets in between the car seats and tight spaces. I also used it for vacuuming in the house, it’s great for in the kitchen drawers and cabinets and in between couch cushions. I’m going to get another one to keep in the house so I don’t have to keep moving it back and forth. It’s a great little vacuum especially for the money.

   I recently tried out this cordless handheld vacuum cleaner and it has some impressive features that make cleaning a lot easier. The suction power is great with its two modes, and it does a great job picking up dust and dirt from tricky spots like corners and car seats. It is lightweight and easy to carry around. I love that it can charge quickly and lasts for over 30 minutes. The LED light is a nice touch for those dark corners under furniture or inside the car.    This little handheld vacuum is as basic as it gets and yet it takes care of everything I need it for. Has great suction power (2 speeds if needed) and all the basic extensions for reaching different size areas as well. I love that it has a LED light which helps show all the mess that needs to be sucked up. If I could give any suggestions for improvement it would only be to have a docking charge system rather than a plug in system, but thats not a huge deal. The charge lasts for days on days, which I love. I also love the fact that I can wash the filters and dont have to constantly be paying for additional filters. Over all I love this little powerful vacuum!

   Solid packaging. Everything in tact. Comes with an extra hepa filter and you can even wash and reuse the hepa filters, love that. Has a storage/carrying case too. Can use for both wet or dry cleanup. Has internal mechanism that will automatically turn off machine, if it gets too hot. Haven’t had that issue, but good to know with anything that has a lithium battery. And btw, love there is no cord. Vacuum has low and high suction settings. High is powerful, especially coming out of such a small machine. Unless you are vacuuming hair off your dog or cat, no idea why anyone would use the low setting. Ha! It’s easy to use and has attachments, especially helpful to get into small spaces. I used it to clean under my couch and it did a great job getting in-between where a regular vacuum extension nor my hand, would never fit. Highly recommend.
