   I had my last one for YEARS! it was fantastic. I didn’t love (and still don’t) the way you have to charge it. I’m always spending time trying to get it to stand up and fit onto the charger. Old one was an easy plug in. BUT! this is terrific and worth the bother. It might not bother you.

   Researched a long time for a handheld vacuum cleaner that would meet my needs. Specifically, one that would be good at picking up loose cat litter. This does the trick. The pullout nozzle is handy as is the soft brush that is attached and folds out of the way when not in use. Using the enclosed plate, it can be hung up on a wall as I have done in my laundry room. Great for picking up crumbs and dust too out of the couch and car. And cleaning the top edges of baseboards throughout the house.

   Bought this product in 2019. It has not been used a lot, but when I do use it for a quick pick up, it does not hold a charge long enough to do much good. It is easy to clean, and I have been diligent about making sure to keep it clean. It still looks new. I got on vacuum-sale.com to check on purchasing a newer one, but after reading the reviews, it seems I am not the only one complaining about it not holding a charge. I am so tired of throwing money away on crap products. With it being Black & Decker, I thought it would be a good product. It looks handy hanging on the wall in my laundry room, but it’s not very handy. Black and Decker, you need to come up with a better product!

   The best hand vac I’ve ever had. Still going strong over 5 years later and even about the same price it was in 2020.

   Works as long and as powerful as the day I got it and it’s had zero issues.

   Picks up the cat litter with ease. Design is simple and works like it should for everything it’s supposed to.

   I’ll order another one the day something happens to this one.

   Funciona excelente, y es muy potente para su tamaño. Es mucho menos ruidosa que una aspiradora normal y la pila mas o menos dura unos 15-20 mins, lo cual para el uso que le doy me queda perfecto. Es facil de limpiar solo que en casa con gatos pues en cada uso tengo que hacerlo porque se llena el filtro de pelos. El unico ‘pero’ que le pondria es que tarda mucho en cargarse, he hecho varias pruebas, porque la uso cada 2 dias mas o menos y para que cargue al 100% desde 0 deben ser unas 7-8 hrs

   This hand vacuum is amazing. Has a great section and the nozzle extends to get into those small places where nothing else works. I bought one for my daughter too. I think I’m going to get another one for my kitchen. I have one in my garage and I can vacuum my car at a moment notice.

    Good product. Good suction. Good length so you don’t have to bend over too much. They lose a star on industrial design. This product use to have a charging base but now you have to attach it to the wall where it has to hang upside down. So it’s not a simple plug and play; you need to drill some holes and spend 25 minutes installing it. And, the power plug goes in the top of this mess. Somebody didn’t think this one through.

    It really isn’t made clear on the description that this is a US product, it doesn’t come with a UK compatible plug so needs a separate converter plug adding additional cost

    Would never have purchased if this had been made clear and think this is definitely shady practice….but given the low view the US has off the world what do you expect from an American company

    I’ve purchased three of these B&D Lithium hand vacuums in the past four years, cost approx $45 USD + tax each. ALL of them became useless within two years. When they were new they worked great for a few months. But the rechargeable battery is terrible. This device is another example of unnecessary planned obsolescence. The lithium battery pack is NOT DIY replaceable. There’s an easy to find YouTube video that shows a breakdown. Very disappointed.😠
