   The machine worked well for the first 2 months then began leaving puddles of dirty water on the floor. The spray is automatic so one can’t even stop the spray to try to suck up the excess water. I followed all cleaning and troubleshooting directions but at best I get about 1 minute of correct operation before the suction disappears and the puddles appear. If I clean out the head I can get another half minute of cleaning. I clean the filter but haven’t replaced it. It’s hard to imagine that that is the problem since I see water running through the filter easily.
   I will try vacuuming the floor first to see if I can get a little more running time since it seems that the suction is easily affected by crumbs but this machine is a huge disappointment. My children have the Tineco which was more expensive but has worked flawlessly.

   This works but could be better. The tank is small. I have a 1300 sq. foot home and the tank barely cleans the living room and kitchen wood floors. My dogs always leave paw prints on the wood floors after the morning dew, and I have to go over them twice to diminish the appearance. It beats mopping, but for the price I paid it was not worth it. I would have gotten a Shark steamer if my fundage allowed.

   First use did not go well. The roller would not spin. After closer inspection, because the slot, on the roller, is recessed, the drive gear could not engage. I replaced the roller, with on that is not recessed. And now, it works as advertised! I can only assume, because it was an open box unit, that the previous owner installed the wrong roller.

   the photo shows that there is little dirty water, and it already shows drain the water, I’m tired of pouring out the water, the compartment for filling water or liquid for the floor is very small, it is enough for one room at most. There is simply no Dry Vacum mode, only wet cleaning. IM NOT RECOMENDING THIS VACUM.

   This is a great vacuum/mop for light cleaning jobs as it does pretty well for a light surface clean. I use this a couple times a week in between doing the floors with my O-Cedar spin mop. I like the O-Cedar spin mop for a good deep clean as I can put some pressure on it and scrub. This mop isn’t good for deep cleaning purposes. Also it rusts VERY quickly which I was disappointed in. In my opinion it’s not a pain to clean. I clean it pretty easily. I wipe off any dirt/hair with a wet paper towel and then soak the parts in the sink and will put them in the dishwasher once a week or two. However… the smell is hard to get out of the material scrubber part. No matter what I do it smells like an old wet rag

    This was recommended by a friend. I love it! It works great and with ease. Long lasting battery. No need to recharge until finished with an entire 1 bedroom apartment. Cleans floors great and is easy to clean after use.
    Would definitely recommend this Bissell product.
