   I have 2 these one for home and one for an airbnb i run. They worked great for about 3-4 months then they keep flashing warning lights. I have cleaned them several times but they will only operate on low setting without faulting out. Loved them at first but i probably would have bought elsewhere had i known the longevity was not that long. Just my personal experience with 2 separate units.

   It’s a very handy vacuum cleaner. Battery life never seemed to be a problem, especially since it came with 2 batteries. Suction was a little on the weak side, but probably what you should expect from a handheld. It was very easy to pull out and tackle most jobs. Instant suction when you want it, with a handy light on the brush head attachment. Something to watch out for is that the battery is located on the base of the handle, and if you don’t lock it in place just right, it can fall out. The other thing to remember is that the dust chamber release is right next to the activation trigger. Even after a month of daily use, it’s easy to pull the wrong trigger and dump everything right on the floor. But if you do that a couple of times, it’s easy to remember. Also, the customer support is very good. They really care about customer satisfaction and are very responsive.

   I had done my research and had seen a ton of reviews. I had compared to other brands. We already have a Dyson ball vacuum that we love. We were looking for something to help more in the kitchen on the ceramic tile floor and be easier to take upstairs. This fits the bill very nicely! For a stick vacuum it has great power. Has low medium and high settings and all are appropriate and do a great job. Goes from hard floor
   to carpet very nicely. I really love the lights in the front of the vacuum if you are cleaning at night. It has easy settings on the top that are touch settings and the canister emptied very easily.

   There are several attachments and you can remove the long stick and use it in mini mode for crevices or your car. It’s pretty light and I cleaned the stairs leading to the second floor right away to test it out. Easy.

   This model came with an extra battery so that can be charging while you are using the vacuum and first battery. So far, VERY pleased!!!

   3.5 years later this vacuum has been pretty great for the price, I’ve had two problems with this vacuum that I will be covering in this review first I wanted to say that this vacuum has been used CONSISTENTLY, this vacuum has essentially went through hell and back, I used this vacuum to clean my Airbnb which is a 5 bedroom 2k sq ft house with high pile carpet and 2 dogs, so I wanted to take time In the beginning of the review to acknowledge that this thing will be just fine for you if you have an apartment!! It cleans very well however the problems I had: within the first month the vacuum would short out meaning the power would shut off constantly it was extremely annoying but I contacted the customer service they were great and sent me a whine new motor unit and it never did this again, my second problem is now about 3 years later the vacuum will run and after about 1 minute the power decreases slightly, and after about 3 minutes the power close to shuts off and the screen gives me a red “tube” icon indicating the vacuums dust collector is full when it’s not, and the whole time it’s doing these things the battery is at full charge. Now all I have to do is turn it off and turn it back on but it does this very frequently. I have loved the vacuum however these problems made me write this review and give it a 3 stars!

   We got this vacuum after our Dyson broke. The battery life on this is amazing. Probably double the battery life of our Dyson. It came with two batteries as well which is so cool, we don’t even use the second battery, because the first one lasts so long. I love that it stands on its own, however when it is standing on its own it is easily tipable if slightly knocked on. It vacuums just as well as our Dyson. I love how this vacuum you can just pull the trigger and it vacuums on its own without having to hold a trigger down. This vacuum also has a touchscreen for different levels of suction. I am overall really impressed this vacuum!

   The maneuverability around corners of this probably isn’t as good as other vacuums but it gets a job done and can still turn it well. I would say it’s maneuverability around tight corners is a 6/10.

   This vacuum is fantastic! The reason I gave it four stars ( I would give it 4 1/2) is because the batteries don’t last that long which it does say in the description. There are three levels of power. So if you use the high power, the battery doesn’t last as long. It’s a good thing that it comes with two batteries. Other than that I don’t have anything to complain about.

   3 stars mostly bc I can’t figure out how to contact the company….in my email, their product page or the description area I have truly truly enjoyed this vacuum since purchase, which is right over a year now!! It has been a blessing for me!! But my floor roller just stopped spinning😔 I may attempt to clean the individual connectors and see if that could be the issue but I don’t think so since it started making a noise💔 This vacuum has been amazing having pets and hardwood floors!! And two batteries to swap out and the fact that the charger stops charging on its own has been a blessing!! The heapa quality has been great also, at the point of needing new ones though which is about $40 or so. And the one trigger emptier is fantastic!! With the lights on the front! I cannot figure out how to contact the company though about attempting to get a different bottom piece🥺 I would of Loved to of had a smaller Head that came with the unit with the regular floor head though, that would’ve made this vacuum very very convenient!!! I’m heartbroken the brush stopped spinning and am truly hoping I can figure out how to contact the company 🙏 Which by reviews I’m hopeful about All in all u definitely cannot go wrong with this product!!! Especially if it’s your first cordless and u want something dependable and decent priced 💯 They have done a great job creating this! Great battery life, great suction I rarely have used it past one, amazing at pet hair and human hair also tbh, easy to extend take apart for handheld etc! Super lightweight also! Durable 💯

   I bought this a year ago when I started cleaning houses
   The suction is great, it’s amazing that it comes with two batteries that both hold charge very well and you get a lot of run time on the low suction mode which was all I ever really needed. Easy to clean/declog and empty the canister, lightweight and easy to maneuver. Did a great job on my hard floors as well as carpeted areas
   The down side; I had this vacuum for a year using it to clean houses and after a year it started to fail. Where the stick connects to the actual vacuum started to get wobbly and disconnect, and then the brush rolling mechanism stopped working

   Good for the price but very sad to only get a years use out of it

    My 10 year old Dyson cordless needed to be replaced. It was a fine warrior in its day but needed to be retired.
    I’ve used this vacuum for 2 months now and can say it’s Fabulous! 3 easy to set suction levels; easy to release dirt holder; 2 batteries that Last, one fully charged will do my 1800 sq ft house more than one go round; floor to carpet brush; front spotlight; stands on its own; don’t have to hold down the on button! I absolutely recommend this vacuum. Oh and it’s quieter than the Dyson was.
