   There are several things that I really like about this. Love the USB charger. It’s easy to charge and also tells you the percentage charge so it’s easy to know when it’s fully charged. Once it was fully charged, I tested it. It’s not heavy, easy to carry and use. The blue light is not so bright that I’m worried about damaging my eyes if I accidentally look at it. I love the aspect of killing and sucking up dust mites. But the problem for me was the lack of a strong suction. Even at full charge, it wasn’t very efficient. I had such high hopes and I really wanted to love it.

   Is this any better than just using a good vacuum cleaner? On one hand, yes, because it small and portable. On the other hand, no, because a full size vacuum provides *much* greater suction. So the question is, does the 253.7nm UV-C light actually kill the type of germs found in your bed? Is the intensity emitted and the exposure time required from this “home use” device strong enough? They don’t offer any recommended exposure times.

   I used it and I can see dust and dirt in the collection chamber, so, it does that, but it is left to a matter of faith the other features do any additional good.

   On a side note, I’m going to assume the device I got was defective. The dust collection cup is nearly impossible to remove. I struggled with it mightily and got it to come off once. I put it back on and now I cannot get it off no matter how many ways and times I try. The included instructions say to rotate to the left, but mine does not rotate at all. It is firmly stuck in one position. This product page says to click to unlock but I can’t find anything to click. Also, I did not get any replacement filters.

   This works fairly well for getting everything off the bed. Sometimes it takes a couple of passes. But it doesn’t try and suck up the sheet or the blankets or anything else like when I use the hose on my regular vacuum.
   It charged up fairly quickly, considering it was completely dead when it arrived. I wish it worked a little bit longer on one charge. Let it goes for an okay amount of time. I’m actually able to clean off my bed as well as the grandkids three cots on one charge. As long as they haven’t made a complete disaster out of their cots.
   The power button is in a decent spot easy to reach. Very easy to figure out and to use. It definitely seems to be made of strong parts and well put together. Hoping it will last very long time.

   This Purelax Bed Vacuum Cleaner, Cordless Mattress Vacuum Cleaner is okay! The vacuum is very underwhelming! The UV light has not on/off switch! The vacuum can be easily turned off without intending to!

   I definitely saw a very similar item all over social media and I really wanted to try this. I couldn’t imagine I would have that much dust in my bed. But when I was changing my sheets, I did run it through and I picked up a lot of dust and that was very surprising and I’m happy that I have this little handy-dandy tool. I did also run it on my couch and I picked up quite a bit of dust which I expected because I do have a cat. You can see it has a cup that picks up all the dust and you can see what’s getting picked up. It has like two settings that you can go between. I’m not really sure what the difference is, but it seems to work for me. I’m just excited about going around my house and vacuuming all the furniture and the beds . I tried it under the cat tree you I think don’t try that because that was just way too much dust. The hair would get stuck. Overall, I love this item. It’s a wonderful.

   I was skeptical when this arrived because I couldn’t see how this vacuum pulls in dust and dirt. Well, after I vacuumed our couch, I was able to see dust in the bin. That proves it does make your furniture cleaner which is nice to know. I had never seen one of these before I saw this one. I’m happy I ordered this because it ensures we are able to breathe cleaner air while sitting and sleeping. I recommend getting one of these because cleanliness is a great thing. I will add that I have no idea if the UV-C light actually does what is advertised.
