I have used several different vacuum cleaners to clean the ashes out of my fireplace and pellet grill. However the build quality of this ash vac is unmatched. It’s a relatively small vac the sucks like a tornado. It definitely has the value I would expect, for the money I spent… It was a great buy,, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

This is a very powerful vacuum BUT it tips easily, a fourth wheel would help a lot. Also it shocked me every time I used it, although it did not shock my husband. I had to return it because I was the primary user and didn’t like the shock.

…. But of course the filter on it gets plugged in near instantly. Vacuuming a fireplace means you have to clean it out 2-3 times, or there is no suction. Somewhere between 3 and 4 star, tbh

Not impressed at all.. plugs up the filter so fast and gets extremely hot. I already have a hole in one of the filters oh and the suction is only good for a couple seconds because the filter gets full so suction is way less and I think that’s why it gets so hot on the motor. I would never recommend this ash vac to anyone and someday I will find a good on.

It has great suction, good tools that apply to pellet stove cleaning… Tight crevices, deep pockets areas.
It’s perfect weight, even i (100 lb lady) have no trouble bringing in from garage– clean– return to garage.
Very easy to use, and great value for what we paid.
Perfect functionality for pellet, wood stoves, grills, any ash or producing unit.

This is a great little vacuum for the smoker. I bought a few generic ends for it (it comes with a pipe end), and I use the end with a small brush on it. This unit is very light weight, and it’s very easy to clean out. Much better for this purpose compared to my big shop vac.

We have had Pellet stoves for 11 years now and never have we found an Ash Vacuum that works this well! This our 4th Ash Vacuum and are very pleased with this brand and its Suction power. This is twice the power of the one we had before. The only thing I can say that might be a slight negative is that it is very loud, but i take that in consideration of its amazing power. It also does not lose suction like the previous vacuums, so the noise does not bother us in the least; in fact, because it picks up so strong, cleaning is much quicker so I don’t need the vacuum on that long. Extremely happy with this purchase. In fact, we bought a second one for our other pellet stove upstairs.
