We have an elderly dog who can’t always hold her pee until we wake up (despite our taking her out just before bedtime). Thankfully she pees on the tile, not the carpet. Rather than spending a fortune using paper towels to clean it up, we use this wet/dry vacuum cleaner to clean up nearly all of her pee. Afterwards we rinse out the cleaner and let it dray in the laundry room sink. It only takes a couple of paper towels to dry the floor. Then we mop the floor with our own vinegar solution. I only wish the vacuum tank could hold more but overall it’s a net positive even if we have to empty it twice.

The vacuum works fine. I wanted to buy extra filters or parts because you have to wash the filter in order for the stuff to come off. Also, the debris goes into a sealed area you cannot empty unless you fill it with water and fidget with it over and over again. I could not find this company anywhere. It says yo contact , get this, customer service at outlook.com . NOPE there’s no info anywhere. So, don’t plan on buying any parts.

My hubby put rubber stair treads on our steps to go upstairs, I used to use a broom to sweep them, but the rubber treads have raised paw prints, so the broom doesn’t get all the dust & dog fur off and the harder I swept the dust & fur went air borne, so I started using my vacuum which is heavy & bulky and the hose doesn’t reach all the steps , and having to use one hand to hold vacuum & the other to vacuum was starting to be a pain . So I had a black & decker hand vacuum years ago that died & thought I would look for another one , and the black & decker was a little more than this one and this one could be used for dry & wet so I got it , it is a light and sucked up every thing , now I did just sweep the steps an hour prior to it being delivered , but as soon as it came I got it out & read instructions & charged it . The next late afternoon I swept again & then used this wow it got so much dust & dog hair , was easy to use & not too heavy as some I have used before .
