   I’ve wanted one for a few years. Finallly did it. I do like the product. The one thing I am not so sure about YET is the mopping feature. I will say that their customer service team is very attentive and quick to respond. I do really appreciate that.

   Love it! This vacuum does an excellent job on wood, carpet, and tile floors. While it cleans well, some spots and scuffs on wood floors might need a little extra attention. Monthly maintenance is necessary to keep the unit running smoothly, and I recommend purchasing the accessories for upkeep. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to buy it—it makes it so much easier to keep the floors clean!

   I bought the 3i P10 Ultra for my partner, who was unsure about it due to a previous negative experience with another brand. I decided to try it myself before returning it and was impressed with its performance. After seeing how well it worked, we decided to keep it. We’ve been using it for over a month, and it handles pet hair from our shedding Labrador without clogging. The vacuum empties into the base unit, which doesn’t fill up quickly, and the water needs changing every few days. It thoroughly vacuums and mops our 1,145 sq ft floor in about an hour and a half, doing the job quietly. Plus, the app is user-friendly and adds to the experience!

   Battery is horrible it gets three rooms in and has to recharge. Charging takes several hours as well. Vacuum will randomly not clean areas around the house it will make a circle in the middle of the room and not clean it even though there is nothing there for it to go around. It can’t figure out how to clean dark carpet because it thinks there is poop there and then decided to keep trying to clean a 10′ by 5′ room for 20min until it runs out of battery. It also will miss areas because the map gets messed up somehow and I’m only on day two of owning it. Don’t buy this junk run as fast as you can and don’t look back.

   Best machine ever! Sweeps, mops and keeps our house immaculate! By creating a new map of our outdoor porch/balcony it washes the dusty green indoor/outdoor carpet too. So cool that on my iPhone I can have it clean rooms while we’re running errands around town. Gives us more time and freedom to do fun stuff instead of cleaning all the time.
