I wanted to love this floor cleaner but it’s actually the worst thing I’ve ever owned. It leaves my floors so streaky. I have tried everything-the Bissell cleaning solution, vinegar, water, going slower, going faster, nothing has worked. It has left a film on my floor so it never looks clean. Now only 4 months after owning this product the spinners have stopped spinning and it constantly leaks. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
UPDATE: it has now stopped working completely and BISSELL customer service isn’t willing to give me a refund.
